> 24 hourThis may be a fine computer, but just so you know HP is CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT IMHO in not writing documentation for this variant. Specifically when I received mine 5/18/2021 I could find NOT A SHRED of documentation on how the OSD button was supposed to work.

> 24 hourI set-up this computer a couple of days ago. Its features and components far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I knew ahead of time I needed to buy an external DVD/CD drive, which wasnt a big deal. The graphics are great, the speed is amazingly fast, the sound quality is wonderful, and you can easily tilt the computer to your viewing needs. The camera/video internal platform is on the top of the computer and you can pull it up when you want to use and back down when you are finished. Otherwise, you can leave it up all the time if you so desire. It has, I believe, like 5 USB ports. It also has built-in Alexa, which a plus. Highly recommend!

> 24 hourThe screen resolution seems very bad....may be 1920 x 1080 is fine on a laptop but for this screen size of 27 inches, it looks as this is some some monitor from year 2000! OR may be the set-up process is not so good...either way, If I cannot fix the screen resolution issue, this PC is going back! I was very excited to get an all-in-one PC that had great specs but the screen resolution can affect your eyes so cannot tolerate that...I will ask HP if some set-up is wrong otherwise this piece is going back to HP!

> 24 hourThis computer replaces a ten-year-old HP computer, both are all-in-one style. I use it for home and telework. A good feature, the camera has to be lifted from behind to be operational. For security my employer gave everyone a clip to cover the camera, but not needed for this computer. The picture (27 inch diagonal) is a little more grainy that the previous computer (24 inch). This computer does not have a resident version of Microsoft Office. One must either connect to an internet version, which I found unsatisfactory, or buy an annual subscription from Microsoft. This was an unexpected expense. The Realtek speakers are comparable to the Beats Audio speakers in the old computer. I rarely use the touchscreen features. The computer can be tilted slightly from vertical, helpful with Zoom meetings. This computer meets my needs.
