> 3 dayLike many thanks to covid, Ive made the transition to working at home and needed something that would handle doing virtual appointments better than a tablet. I selected this computer for screen size, camera I could turn off when not needed, and all-in-one set up as having a separate tower would make moving it out of the way when needed more cumbersome. The computer is great and does what I need it to do. Getting it connected to everything was a breeze. Only things I didnt care for are the included keyboard and mouse, but those are easily replaced with things that are more ergonomic, less crowded, and still quiet to use. I dont really use the touch screen too much, but it works fine. I could see needing something better if the main use for the pc would be for graphic design/other fields that are graphically oriented and need a stellar stylus. Over all, Im quite pleased!

> 3 dayLet me start out by saying this screen is massive, which I love! My eyes are not the greatest, so it has been wonderful to have a screen of such good quality and size. The resolution on it is beautiful. Secondly, the speaker mounted to the bottom is very loud and very clear. Another positive is the keyboard and mouse. I know not everyone likes Chicklet style keyboards, but I do, and this keyboard is amazing the type on. The mouse is rather wide, which is good for people with big hands like me, and it is not awkward at all to handle. Lastly, for the positives, the touch screen works wonderfully, although, personally, I will not be using that functionality very often. Onto what wasnt so great. The camera quality and face recognition were not great. I dont know what I was expecting out of the camera quality, but it is rather grainy, and I will not be using it for my needs, rather I will be using an external camera. Also, the face recognition did not recognize me when I put glasses on. That was the only thing I changed. Once it fails to recognize you once, it just makes you enter your pin. Overall, I think that this is a great PC for anyone who loves a minimalist work space without lots of cords and wires. This PC is going to last me far into the future.

> 3 dayI run an Insurance agency and we need something that is fast reliable. This computer more than steps up to that task. I like it so much that I bought one for every person in my office. 10/10. It even helps that it is sleek and professional looking.

Greater than one weekNote when comparing these computers that the outside can look the same and have very different specs inside (processor, graphics, memory) so be sure you are comparing the same thing when price shopping. This can be a big difference, so be sure you are comparing the same thing.

> 3 daySet up the new computer, turned it on and it would not boot. No SW was loaded. Called Amazon, got tech help, SW loaded, and WOW what a computer. Very happy with it and it works extremely well. Wish the mouse was a little bigger.

> 3 dayThe only con I can describe is the lack of high speed graphics. This is not the computer for gaming, despite the 10th Generation Core I7 microprocessor. Flight Simulator 2020 was unuseable. This is definitely NOT a gaming computer, despite its I7. Terrible for gaming graphics.

> 3 dayI LOVE this computer! The touchscreen is a good option, although I prefer using a mouse. I dont do heavy gaming, so I cant speak to that specific topic, but the monitor image quality is great for my purposes. I use my computer for web-surfing, YouTube videos, Office applications, Printshop, Hallmark Card Studio, email, Jacquie Lawson e-cards and Advent calendars, Microsoft games, and desktop publishing. I have had absolutely no difficulty with any of these programs and applications.
