I really want this PC. I couldnt get it to turn on correctly or respond to mouse/keyboard. However, Amazon said on hold over 20 mins & HB would call on Friday; Monday at latest, but no calls. I got HB phone # off internet. HP helped me and PC started loud beeping sounds, HP said hardware issue & to send back (had it 4 days). Amazon Customer Service, Joshua, said only a manufacturer warranty, & I couldnt send back to Amazon. When tried to replace, message said exact model N/A even though is still being sold on their website. So, returning it for refund and in meantime ordering another. I was extremely upset with Amazon customer service and the lies. I finally found truthful info on Amazon site about how to return. Based on IT internet reviews, one of the best PCs

The screen resolution seems very bad....may be 1920 x 1080 is fine on a laptop but for this screen size of 27 inches, it looks as this is some some monitor from year 2000! OR may be the set-up process is not so good...either way, If I cannot fix the screen resolution issue, this PC is going back! I was very excited to get an all-in-one PC that had great specs but the screen resolution can affect your eyes so cannot tolerate that...I will ask HP if some set-up is wrong otherwise this piece is going back to HP!

I let my 70 year old stepmom set up this all in one computer. I wanted to see if someone who isn’t tech savvy could do it. She found it to be easy peasy. Had it set up and was using it in no time.

Absolutely love our new computeThe WiFi is super fast which is the main reason we replaced our old computer. But this new computer has many new features that we are enjoying. Like the face recognition to immediately sign in. Touch screen is fabulous. Love the all-in-one, simple, clean, wireless keyboard and mouse. Sweet set-up.

Wife purchased this for me. Pretty. Shiny. Absolutely no power to hard drive, nothing. HP support took hours, to ultimately have me told at one point to open it up and look over wiring. When I asked if this wouldn’t void warranty, a different agent said yes, it would automatically void the warranty on my new computer. Why they were asking me to do this without warning of consequences was never answered. And agent in chat noted I would be foolish to repaint new pc, return it to seller. I said that makes sense. Two minutes later same agent said I should forget he said that and send it to hp for repair/replace. Still scratching my head. Anyway, the product, the support, the whole experience was not good. And we are/were an HP family. Quality seems to have fallen, all support is from overseas and laggy, which is fine, but they couldn’t resolve anything while insisting they knew what problem was, which agent later admitted he had no idea. We had to send back, but given the overall feeling, we probably won’t buy another HP. Bummed.

This is a really nice computer. The screen color is really nice. It is very heavy though. All in all, it is really nice. Just make sure you have the space because it is quite big. I’d buy again.

This computer replaces a ten-year-old HP computer, both are all-in-one style. I use it for home and telework. A good feature, the camera has to be lifted from behind to be operational. For security my employer gave everyone a clip to cover the camera, but not needed for this computer. The picture (27 inch diagonal) is a little more grainy that the previous computer (24 inch). This computer does not have a resident version of Microsoft Office. One must either connect to an internet version, which I found unsatisfactory, or buy an annual subscription from Microsoft. This was an unexpected expense. The Realtek speakers are comparable to the Beats Audio speakers in the old computer. I rarely use the touchscreen features. The computer can be tilted slightly from vertical, helpful with Zoom meetings. This computer meets my needs.
