Greater than one weekThis laptop is for my personal use. After having it for only 6-7 months,and using it a little each day, i am no longer able to access my wi-fi connections. I keep getting the message that I have a hardware problem with my wifi adapter. A brand new laptop should not be experiencing these type of problems with in just a few months. HP support is trying to say it is a software issue and the warranty for that ended 12/20 but my laptop is still under warranty until September 2021. Very frustrating to deal with HP on this. I was forwarded 4 times and all I could get were people that wanted to sell me different service plans.

Greater than one weekLaptop has continually disconnected from WiFi since being turned on. My wife spent 2 hours on the phone with HP to resolve the issue, which is a problem with HP laptops. Issue was not resolved by HP!!!!! Dont wasted your money, and more importantly your time!
