> 3 dayI liked the laptop was easy to set up. Did not like the default browser and had to install the one I wanted to use.

> 3 dayI am incredibly happy with this HP laptop. It is certainly proved to be a significant upgrade from my previous HP laptop. I’ve owned four or five laptops made by HP in the past, and this is by far my favorite. It has the battery life and performance to deliver high speed results all day.

Greater than one weekI bought this for my daughter for virtual schooling-we already have a MacBook for my other child. We bought it because buying another MacBook was expensive so we went with the cheapest price. BIG MISTAKE. I really wish I could go back in time and just spend the money. This computer has had so many problems and glitches. It started making this weird notification noise every 5 seconds-even the kids in my daughters class can hear it. We don’t know where it came from. The bar at the bottom somehow is at the top? The quality of the screen is crap. Just spend the money on a MacBook-trust me. It’s expensive for a reason-we’ve had no problems with it AT ALL and we’ve had it 6 months longer. This thing is cheap for a reason-you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayFolks, I have spent HOURS doing tech support with HP, Ive had to buy an ethernet cable adaptor & a flash drive, & still dont have working wifi. In fact, when I first reached out to HP, they informed me that because of how complicated my issue was, basic tech support wasnt going to be able to help - I would have to pay for tech support in spite of having just gotten this laptop. After all this, theyve now told me I have to send the laptop in for repairs, paying for all shipping & repair work. Again - on a laptop that NEVER worked, and that Ive owned less than a month. Ive invested far too much money and time into a laptop that should have worked out of the box. Steer clear.

> 3 dayI complained from the beginning about how erratic the laptop ran. I spent over 4 hours with their technicians telling me that we are just about at a point of fixing it. After my multiple times of complaining, I said I wanted to return it to the HP representative, and he told me it was past the month, (one week) and they could not replace it or take it back. I curse the day I switched to HP. I have bought Dell for years and never had a problem. Their laptops work. Disgusted.

> 3 dayLoving this new laptop...I had a previous version of HP laptop also. I love the reliability of the machines, the ease of use and the speed. Super purchase. My only negative comment would be that I waited too long to replace my old machine. Thanks HP, keep up the great work of putting out top-of-the-line equipment.
