I wanted a inexpensive computer that I could leave at my daughters so that I wouldnt have to carry mine back and forth on the plane. Well, this Chromebook is very light, the screen is perfect, bright with good definition. It is a touch screen but I dont use it dues to a broken shoulder and find that a mouse works best for me, it is very sensitive to my finger on the pad, to sensitive! It does everything that I need, and didnt cost an arm and a leg.

Purchased for my granddaughter for high school.

I was super excited about this product but after only 8 months it has died. I assume this kind of product should last a few years.

Don’t buy this hp! Printer and chrome book are not compatible!! A waste of time be transferred from one “tech” to another and no satisfaction after 4 hours!! Hp does not understand that time is important to there customers!! Don’t waste you time and money!!

purchased the chromebook 4 months ago. Have used it maybe a few hours a week. It now overheats almost the instant its turned on and then shuts down.

I love this computer and I especially love the touch screen so much

From the day I received this, almost 6 months ago, Ive used it less than 10 times. I still use my phone, because this laptop is ridiculously slow. I mean awful. Worse than dial-up. I pay for ultra fast Comcast internet, and every other device in this house works fine. This laptop works best as a paper weight, or hard surface on which to place your paper before writing. Dont waste your money! Refurbished? I doubt it!

Great buy of price the company customer service really handle everything great will use then for my electronics needs

Received on a Wednesday, screen cracked by Friday. Was minimally used and handled carefully... kids didnt get their hands on it. This is a product geared towards students... if its this fragile, it wouldnt last 5 minutes. Beyond disappointed!

Screen is fast and small doesn’t come with apps or all programs
