I ordered this laptop years ago for my oldest son with no problems at all so I decided to get another for my second son for Christmas. First one got shipped but when I opened the box it wasn’t even a laptop. I received pieces of plastic with Chinese or Japanese writing on the box. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement. My son opened it for Christmas 4 days ago and 4 of the letter buttons already stopped working so now I have to return it and he’s not happy.

I ordered a touch screen laptop. It was stated twice in the specs. I ended up with a non touch screen and had to send it back.

Perfect for what I do. I just need a laptop for navigation and inventory. Easy setup, large and slim enough.

From the day I received this, almost 6 months ago, Ive used it less than 10 times. I still use my phone, because this laptop is ridiculously slow. I mean awful. Worse than dial-up. I pay for ultra fast Comcast internet, and every other device in this house works fine. This laptop works best as a paper weight, or hard surface on which to place your paper before writing. Dont waste your money! Refurbished? I doubt it!

Screen is fast and small doesn’t come with apps or all programs

Works great but to much for my wife to handle and it was returned.

First off, this item arrived so quickly - so happy about that! It was easy to remove and set up.. very self explanatory (if you’re familiar with chrome/google) the functions it offers will make it so much easier for my daughter during remote learning! Easy to pair with other hardware and it’s just over all so smart, it’s simple.

This computer is having difficulty with wireless printing and keyboard functionality problems after 6 months. I do not recommend this computer.
