> 3 daySo far this oil has worked wonders of my new wood countertop from ikea. Before using this oil on my countertop anytime the counter would get wet it sucked it up like a sponge and left ugly water makes that would take days to go away. So through my research i found this product and have now put it on the counters four times now and i can already notice a huge difference. The oil brought the color and grain out of the wood just like polyurethane does. in the picture the shelf that my monitor is sitting on is the same wood as the counter but with no oil so that you can see the difference. The wood looks healthy and moisturized and now when it gets wet the water doesnt seep into the wood but instead beads up and sits on the top to make it easy to clean off. i plan to continue using this product over the years to maintain my counters and would recommend it to anyone with wood countertops.

Greater than one weekWe bought a new butchers block that was Newley made. So we needed to use mineral oil on the wood a few times. This worked great. I had to use it a few times and use a little elbow grease. But I would have had to do that with anyone I would have bought. There is no smell which is great.

Greater than one weekI really liked there is no scent to this oil. It was easy to apply and made my cutting board look beautiful again.

> 3 dayI had some bad cutting boards, i lightly sanded then back down, rinsed em and when fully dry i started soaking them in this stuff. What a difference. Now i just touch up as needed every month. All my cutting boards are better then ever! You dont need anything else but this stuff

30-10-2024A must have for all butcher blocks cutting boards, counter tops, etc. Protect it so that your beautiful hardwood wouldnt turn black from moisture. And its food safe!

> 3 dayI got this to try on a cheap little cutting board I got from Daiso. The thing soaked up a ton of oil and has a slight sheen now. Since I got the board as a disposable little piece for herbs, I’m not going to waste anymore oil on it. I think two coats should be enough to give it some seal and prevent bacteria growth. My only quip is the sticker barcode label is smack dab right on top of the instructions. Granted the product usage is not exactly rocket science, it’s still shows a complete disregard for consumers. I can look up usage instructions online, but what if it’s someone who has issues using technology or don’t have internet access? The product is fine, which was why I didn’t deduct any stars, but it’s still an annoyance.

> 3 dayBought another “food grade” mineral oil for my boards but turned out not to be food grade at all. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a product of this type. This one I LOVED!!!

> 3 dayMy cabinets werent that dirty, so the oil worked well. My only complaint is everything stayed sticky. I wiped everything down with Murphy oil soap when done, but still sticky. Not sure why.
