Using this as a project its size will do the job. Its what I expected and worth what was paid for it. Very durable and easy to clean. Looks good even for everyday decor besides Halloween

i shouldve read reviews before ordering...its ok, & well priced, but it didnt look sooo dark in the picture. i didnt want a white skull, but wanted more of an aged one, but this is really dark brown. also i didnt look at size...wanted something a little bigger, but didnt want to spend $29 like the others were on here.its just for halloween on the fireplace mantle, so it works for that purpose

This is well crafted with good detail and with proper coloring. But its only about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of an Actual adult human skull, so its not going to fill anyone. But it looks great on my book shelf in the library. Next to the Edgar A. Poe collection. Its a keeper.

Very realistic!! Perfect for Halloween!!

I gave this item five stars based on its workmanship and attention to detail. It wasnt really what i was looking for, but it is partially my fault for not reading the description completely. This is a very skull looking skull. Ive seen many that dont have proper cheek-bone indentures, that are kind of bulgy, or are otherwise not very skull-like. The first thing to be aware of is the size: its dimensions are there, but I totally missed them. This skull is about the size of a toddlers skull. Some people might find that kind of creepy. The other thing to know is that the insides of the eye sockets and - especially - the base are painted to give the effect of viscera. If you were looking for a skull totally devoid of flesh then this may not be right for you. If youre looking for an excellent Halloween prop, this skull is awesome and well worth the money.

Skull is very realistic looking, but smaller than I expected (maybe I missed the dimensions when ordering), like a child (creey to say) vs an adult. It also arrived broken in the back - see pictures - probably because it was packaged rather poorly. Based on the realistic look, I will reorder, but if youre looking for an adult-size you should pass.
