I worked in HVAC sales for about a year. During that time I learned a bit about HVAC systems. I also suffer from allergies. These filters give a very good balance between necessary airflow and restriction versus filtering. Depending upon the season, I change these filters every two to four months in my home. In the summer, the HVAC system runs much more and . they need to be changed more often. During our mild winters, the system does not run nearly as much and I can wait longer between changes. For my modern HVAC system, I do not feel comfortable using a filter which is more restrictive than this one. This one provides good filtering for allergies and wildfire smoke.

Mine arrived with the correct packaging and printing. There seems to have been some question about that in previous posts. So far these are excellent filters, and Ive been using them for about a year. have been using them for about a year. Nice price with Amazon Prime. Shipping as advertised.

Better than I can get locally. Very good at catching dust and pet dander. Very dusty here on the Caprock. This is Mirv 13, the best I get locally are Mirv 12
