I was unable to open the container as it was seriously damaged. Bent on all sides. Many other people reported the same. When I finally found a way to open and use it, I was happy with my purchase. Very effective cleaner to use before you apply a conditionner to your leather. My rag was dark black after cleaning my shoes. 9/10* *improve container if youe want 10/10

Ive been using this product since the late 1970s for my English & Western saddles, leather boots, shoes, handbags and totes. The can I had was almost empty. This product leaves everything clean, and so soft. Has no offensive odor. Use with a sponge or soft cotton cloth (old t-shirt). When I find a good product I stick with it. Thanks!!!

This is a tried and true substance for cleaning your leather products. I bought this for my shoes specifically my Desert boots. The saddle soap initially will darken the leather for a short time but within the week it will lighten up to normal color. This can get anything from light dirt to hard mud stains off your leather if you really work in it hard enough.

I used it to clean my vintage handbags that have never been cleaned. I took the hints from many how-to videos and with the understanding I was doing it at my own risk, I proceeded,( also along with other different products). I’m happy to say that they all look great and rather than have them stored in a box in the closet, I am using them all.
