Im hard on my work boots, both in terms of the work done and no care given. I was thinking of getting a new pair this year, but instead decided to clean them up and evaluate results. I used the following products in order and am completely satisfied. Now I have a completely broken in and comfortable set of Timberland Pro boots, that look soft and supple and will last at least another year (or more). On a side note, these products have a smell like leather should have, natural not chemically. Nylon bristle brush [knocked off dry mud, grass, etc] Fiebings Saddle Soap Paste Color: Yellow, Size: 3.5 oz. [cleaned and started to return look to leather] Obenaufs Leather Oil 8 oz [completely restored the dry leather and did darken it, which I didnt mind] Obenaufs Silicone Water Shield - Environmentally Safe - 8oz [just to finish it off, the boots are Goretex lined, but thought I might as well :)]

Does exactly what it claims to do without ruining your shoes. Protected my leather winter boots throughout the winter and kept them looking fresh, even with the snowy and icy winters of the midwest.

A high quality saddle soap. Reconditioned an old leather jacket and cleaned several pairs of boots. This will get a lot more use from me on my leather furniture and accessories as well as jackets and boots. Cleans well and restores leather nicely. I have been using saddle soap for years and a number of brands, this is one of if not the best.

Great addition to my leathercraft supplies

Wonderful for shoes of any color and very quick to apply. The only problem is, you have to keep applying it everyday. Otherwise your shoes will look dirty the next day because the saddle soap collects dust and dirt.
