In a word, Superb. Easy to install, 4 simple screws attaches it in standard mid or tower desktop case. Plenty of nice features & like many PSUs of this caliber, multiple 12V rails to bear the load. Though you come to expect that from 80Plus rated PSUs. They dont call this a SuperNOVA G3 class PSU for nothing. This PSU surprisingly powers my 165W Core i9 10920X based HEDT Computer with no problems, and apparently has some head room to spare. Basing this on load to my UPS battery backup & CPU-Z Hardware monitor. I wasnt sure it would handle it at first. In fact, I almost wished Id gotten an 850W or more to be sure Id be OK power wise, esp for an HEDT PC. But after seeing it in action last couple months, I have no complaints. Another plus is the fully modular cable support to keep excess cables out of your case. Also I love the 10 year warranty by EVGA (w valid receipt, 3 years without). But the best part is it is so QUIET. I cannot hear it at all! Something I discovered these G3 class PSUs have is an Eco mode switch on the back, which only powers the PSU fan if its needed. At first, I thought why is the fan not running? Then I saw the Eco switch. Aha, of course! Eco mode was ON. Duh, No wonder its so quiet! Lol! But even when the fan is running you still cant hear this high class well made PSU. Well done EVGA for such a superb quality product & Thank you Amazon!

A tremendous power supply!

Upgraded my g3 750 for a g5 850. So far it’s been great. Powers up my rtx 2080 o’clock & i7-9700k @5ghz with 9 rgb fans.

Its a 550w power supply, and it works.

Small size for 850 watt and I found the unit I purchased to be assembled well. There have been some reviews noting that the fan was on the loud side but I was pleasantly surprised my unit seems fine. Very happy with the price, quality and the look of the supply. A great deal for the money

Excelente Producto

So far since June 2019 there is no problems i cant even hear the sound that is supposed to be the issue for this power supply and also the OTP and OPP issue is over exaggerated as who would in their right mind over volt their pc to very unsafe levels and by the time your motherboard vrm is malfunctioning to ask for more power i think your problem is in the motherboard itself and anyway most motherboard have more than 1 vrm so the odds of that happening is very slim. Haha i just hope i dont jinx it by posting my review!

Working awesome so far and solved my system issues. Thought I might be purchasing a new mobo and CPU (curse you EVGA for fixing my issues! Now I need a new excuse to give the wife to spend money!)

The overall quality is great, I like how the cables are similar to paracord in texture, but the only downside is that they are thick, so cable management will be a bit tough.

Im not a tech nerd but I do love to dabble win the opportunity arises. This is super easy to install and is very quiet even when running. Sure beats the stock model that came with my dell.xps
