Works great keep work area cool

Ordered June 12th 22 delivered 3 days later which was great being its hot in west Texas and I was working on a car in my garage. It hasnt even been 4 months at this point and the water pump has given up at life. This was a great cooler up until this point, but I didnt pay nearly $400 for a fan. Edit. The company has reached out to me about replacement and/or refund. I am unsure if the replacement would have the same issue or if I just received a defective one. The customer service has been helpful. I will update again upon resolve. Edit. Part 2. The company has issued a full refund for the defective product. Hopefully mine was just defective and the others are OK. It worked really good before the pump quit.

During heat wave I ordered this cooler and its very easy to use and the instructions manual clearly explain steps to be followed. It cools down the room entirely just within few mind of turning on. Extra ice packs really helps a lot as two can be used in cooler and other two can be frozen at the same time. Planning to purchase another cooler for the guest bedroom

This cooler has saved our butts this year (2022) with this heat wave in Texas! We use it in our garage that isn’t insulated & it keeps it surprisingly comfortable during the day!! Super easy to move around with the wheels, it’s light weight, easy to use & just great quality all around! Highly recommend

Amazing! Wish I would have thought of getting one of these years ago. No ac in an old manufactured home. summers at 110 degrees are rough. This is a game changer. We have to fill it 4xs a day and live in the high desert. Im going to buy the bigger one next year. We froze a dozen small water bottles and put 2 in every time we fill it up. The ice packs that came with it didnt last. Love it!

I finally had a chance to use it this weekend( the first hottest day) and the cooler didn’t cool at all! I put the ice block and it served as fan and not a cooler. We did all the trouble shooting and it was not working. I have another swamp cooler by another brand. I Wanted to try this one since it was smaller and newer. I wanted to like it but it didn’t do the job.

This cooler works well, you HAVE TO find the right balance for it to be effective. Put it in front of an open window. That seems counterintuitive, but that is how it works. Experiment with how wide the window is open. We get 100+ temps here, and low humidity. That is the scenario that works for this cooler. Warm and dry. Also helpful to have a slightly open window on the ither side of the room. If you do that, and have a good water source, youll do just fine. Cools well. Cold even. It does create humidity and when it gets late, I like to dry out the house a bit. Makes the room and sometimes the whole house 20-30 degrees cooler than outside.
