Straight out the box, add water, turn it on and BRRRR! I immediately ordered a second unit for our lower level. Our central air needs service and our appointment is a week out, but after using this unit, I don’t think I’ll be turning on our central air again once it’s fixed. This evaporative cooler is AWESOME!! Can’t wait to try it outside…

The unit was as advertised. Air flow is constant and cool. Where I live temperatures reach above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit temperature is usually 72 degrees to 74 degrees but always under 78 degrees. The high speed noise level is low and very tolerable.

Great unit. I had an issue and emailed support. I received a quick reply and my issue was fixed in three days.

I love the water cooler. It was easy to assemble. It goes through water quickly but it will turn off the machine is low in water. The rollers make it easy to move it around the room or to use outside in a patio. I love it and would recommend it.

Customer service is fantastic. Had a bit of trouble getting it to blow cold air at first. But someone got back to me within 30 minutes of initially reaching out and had the cooler blowing ice cold air in like 30 seconds. Would highly recommend for the price.

This cooler really surprised me. It is very easy to connect and configure it, just pour water and plug it into the outlet, and it is ready to work. Literally immediately begins to cool. In a few minutes, he cooled my two-room apartment. The control buttons are very clear. There are 3 modes of fan operation and changing the direction of air flow, this is what I need. The plastic from which the case is made looks high-quality and pleasant. The cooler is large enough and at the same time light enough to put it in the pantry when it is not needed. Sorry for my poor English, I just want to be helpful.

Hasta ahora se ve muy bien el artículo, aun no lo he usado, pero no estoy del todo contenta con la compra ya que venía incompleto. No venían los dos ice packs como lo describe en la lista de ítems que trae el cooler.

My brother lives in Fl. and does alot of camping. He swears by this thing. Says it cools down his 9 person tent beautifully!

Took the cooler out of the box and read instructions. Added the water and plugged in and the water pump never would come on.

unit cools the air some but dont expect to be cold. It does make it more comfortable with its cool breeze. You can fill it with water manually or hook it up to the hose. We enjoy it.
