Works great. First unit malfunctioned and they were quick to replace!!!!

We live in AZ where the weather is hot and dry and temps can be 115 degrees and higher during the Summers. We purchased 2 of the 3000 units for our back patio. We had our first 100 degree day and party with 25 plus party goers. These units were the hot topic of conversation on how well they worked and how quiet. The 12 gallon reservoirs had plenty of water after 4.5 hours of use starting at 4pm. Our party goers were taking pics, and Vagkri will most likely see new orders soon :-)

It is very easy to start using. Unfortunately, the brand new unit gives off a fishy odor using the cool function. I bought it to use in my garage. My garage has 2 small air vents (one near the floor and one above it near the ceiling). Despite the vents, the garage gets too humid when running the unit. I live in bone dry AZ so the amount of humidity from the unit is surprising. I gave it 2 stars (rather than 1) since the fan is powerful and it does feel slightly cooler when using the cool function. At this point, I am not sure how much more useful this unit is over a powerful fan. I am thinking of returning it.

The instructions were easy to follow, it takes a lot of water to set up the cool mode, dont leave the tank at minimum fill, it will only last a couple of hours, go with max. I live in a dry area and had a refrigerated portable cooler that also dehumidied and as a result my nose would dry up and id get nose bleeds, this A/C evaporates the water in the tank to cool and increase humidity, its working really well with the ice packs it comes with to cool down my room without straining my nose, really satisfied. Recommend it to people living in dry heat areas from Texas to Cali, you wont regret it. To people in humid areas, further north, go with refrigerated, yall be fine.

Great unit. I had an issue and emailed support. I received a quick reply and my issue was fixed in three days.

On hot days my den always feels about 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I set this up and the temperature dropped about 10 degrees within minutes. Makes it much more pleasant in there. It is pretty loud, but I am okay with that. Helps drown out the noise pollution from the neighbors.

Love this evaporative cooler, makes sitting out in the Arizona heat bearable! Also it is very quiet!

We have this in our home in Southern Utah. We have air conditioning, but the air is so dry, I was always shocking myself when I touched anything. This brings up the humidity in the house and I have not shocked myself sine we bought it. We added hook it up to a hose and never worry about re-filing !
