Greater than one weekAlong with Accelerade, this has changed everything for me. I first encountered Accelerade about 15 years ago, while training for a marathon. No matter what I ate pre and post run, the long weekend runs were killing me. I would be wiped out for days afterwards. I read an article in Runners World about the seeming magic of the 4:1 carb to protein ratio and figured it could not hurt to try. I found a few bottles at a local vitamin store and sipped some Accelerade before, during and after. I did not love the fruit punch pre bottled taste, but I was blown away by the fact that not only did I side-step the exhaustion factor completely that time, I felt less fatigued than a short run would normally leave me. I was sold. Now I never do any activity without some orange Accelerade (the powder mix, which tastes great). Then I saw Endurox and was intrigued. As I was adding more heavy weight training to my routine, I wanted to see how this compared. I ignored the advice not to sip Endurox before or during, as it is a bit heavier, and it made me a little queasy where Accelerade does not. But when I drank some immediately after lifting, I felt zero soreness over the next couple of days and I had really trained hard. Now my general flow is to sip Accelerade before, during and after cardio (and yes, even intense yoga like Kest, Ashtanga or Bikram). After longer sessions or weight training, I drink Endurox. I also find that carrying a nice frosty homemade bottle of Accelerade with me during intensely hot summer days and sipping throughout makes it so I barely notice the heat and despite sweating like a Teamster (no offense guys) I never feel wiped out by a putrid 100+ degree day. Life hack. Pretty sure if all heck breaks loose here around election time, I could live on this stuff for a while. Is it too late to buy stock in this company? Buy it, try it, believe it, bub.

> 3 dayI bought this recovery formula to replace and existing one that was getting a bit too expense to be taking so regularly. After much research and reading reviews I tried this one and so far I like it. First the price is great in comparison to what I was buying before and second the variety of flavors is great. I bought tangy orange for the first tub and it is quite tangy almost a bit sour on the after taste but not bad, I would definitely recommend this product to others. As for performance of the drink it is too early for me to say that it does or does not do the job but I can say that I am not losing energy while working out day after day.

> 3 dayI have used R4 for years and when riding many miles on consecutive days I notice my recovery is improved versus when I have not used it. I dont consider it a treat to drink but it does the job.

Greater than one weekI purchased this to help me recover after long runs and it really works great! However, after 2 Sundays of all day upset stomach, I read the ingredients more carefully - whey protein. I am lactose intolerant so this was the cause of my sick stomach. Once I realized this, I was able to take a lactaid pill prior to drinking Endurox and didnt have any trouble. This is really worth the money if you do long runs or other types of training. You completely avoid crashing afterwards!

> 3 dayThis stuff works! I run an average of 50 miles per week and though I dont always take it (I take it mostly after long runs lasting 2 hours or more) but when I do my energy feels replenished (I dont feel worn out) and the next day its like I didnt run the previous day, its made my recovery runs much easier. Im 57 175lbs, train a solid 6 days a week getting 45-70 miles @ 9:30 to 7:30 pace
