Endurox R4 Tangy Orange 4.56 lbs

Arrived just in time for my longst run of the year. Helps my muscles recover more quickly after these long runs.

Ive been using endurox as part of my endurance training for years now. No other recovery/protein product that Ive used has performed as well as endurox. Recovery time is almost miraculous. I think they grind up little enchanted fairies to put in this stuff. Its also the BEST tasting protein drink I have ever used.

I am 64 years old and this product really does help me recover more quickly after a long ride...just wished I had discovered it years ago.

I dont know whether it works better than other drinks, but really like the taste and look forward to my after workout drink. Ive read that it is important to get protein quickly after a workout and this allows me to enjoy the drink on the drive home from the gym. Way cheaper than buying something at the gyms nutrition bar.

I have used R4 for years and when riding many miles on consecutive days I notice my recovery is improved versus when I have not used it. I dont consider it a treat to drink but it does the job.

one solid crunch

I like this product - its a little pricey - almost 4-star pricey. I keep buying it hoping it will encourage me to work out more. It hasnt solved that problem yet.

Delicious! But NOT sugar free! Each serving has enough sugar for an entire week! Ill look for a sugar free version next time! Hopefully there is one!

Overall Im pretty satisfied with the R4 recovery drink. It is comparable to the p90x recovery formula in taste, carb to protein ratio as well as many of the other ingredients needed for muscle repair and recovery. It is a little bit cheaper, making it a nice option.
