> 24 hourIve lifted my whole life on and off, and being sore is the worst because Im too dumb to know when to quit. Now Im older, calling in sick because I did too many squats just isnt appealing. So, after some research prior to starting P90X, I bought this hoping it would deliver. CAVEAT: Ive not too much confidence in (and typically dont buy) weightlifting-specific products. I take vitamins and such, but not the SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN FASTEST FAT BURNER ON THE MARKET - GUARANTEED!!! type garbage. Also, I typically dont enjoy the taste of most supplements; protein bars and shakes just dont appeal. My point is: buying Endurox really was a stretch and I was pretty skeptical. Two key factors: 1) I was not nearly as sore as I should have been for the amount of exercise completed The lack of soreness is phenomenal: after decades of being in/out of the gym, I would have never expected any product could prevent so much pain. I still experience light soreness two-days later, but not nearly what Ive been through previously. Everyone has differing physiology, but the overwhelming amount of positive responses are what brought me to buy, and Im happy to have the same experience. If Id had only had this product twenty years ago! 2) It really doesnt taste bad at all Taste is subjective, but for my taste, if I go half-power the flavor is disgusting. Too much and its grainy. I use just slightly less than two scoops (the directions call for two scoops) because even when you shake like hell there is usually some un-mixed powder left behind. The taste is good enough that I actually look forward to the end of a P90X session and use the drink as motivation to get up early and work out. The amount of sugar is scary though for only 12oz of water: diabetics may want to take note. Bottom line: the price is steep but worth it to me just for the pain avoidance. Factor in the flavor (Orange) and Im all smiles.

> 24 hourI like this product - its a little pricey - almost 4-star pricey. I keep buying it hoping it will encourage me to work out more. It hasnt solved that problem yet.

> 24 hourI love this stuff. The tangy orange is the best flavor too. Ive had the Chocolate, which is bearable but not great and the Lemon-line (the green kind...I think its called Lemon lime), which is pretty good too. But the orange is just satisfying after a long ride and/or run.

> 24 hourAlong with Accelerade, this has changed everything for me. I first encountered Accelerade about 15 years ago, while training for a marathon. No matter what I ate pre and post run, the long weekend runs were killing me. I would be wiped out for days afterwards. I read an article in Runners World about the seeming magic of the 4:1 carb to protein ratio and figured it could not hurt to try. I found a few bottles at a local vitamin store and sipped some Accelerade before, during and after. I did not love the fruit punch pre bottled taste, but I was blown away by the fact that not only did I side-step the exhaustion factor completely that time, I felt less fatigued than a short run would normally leave me. I was sold. Now I never do any activity without some orange Accelerade (the powder mix, which tastes great). Then I saw Endurox and was intrigued. As I was adding more heavy weight training to my routine, I wanted to see how this compared. I ignored the advice not to sip Endurox before or during, as it is a bit heavier, and it made me a little queasy where Accelerade does not. But when I drank some immediately after lifting, I felt zero soreness over the next couple of days and I had really trained hard. Now my general flow is to sip Accelerade before, during and after cardio (and yes, even intense yoga like Kest, Ashtanga or Bikram). After longer sessions or weight training, I drink Endurox. I also find that carrying a nice frosty homemade bottle of Accelerade with me during intensely hot summer days and sipping throughout makes it so I barely notice the heat and despite sweating like a Teamster (no offense guys) I never feel wiped out by a putrid 100+ degree day. Life hack. Pretty sure if all heck breaks loose here around election time, I could live on this stuff for a while. Is it too late to buy stock in this company? Buy it, try it, believe it, bub.

> 24 hourDelicious! But NOT sugar free! Each serving has enough sugar for an entire week! Ill look for a sugar free version next time! Hopefully there is one!

> 24 hourI have been using this product for over a year and it works great. I always take it after my long runs (10-18 miles) and I usually feel great the next day. Before I took Endurox I would be sore for a day or two easily, after my long runs. I would highly recommend using this product if you are still getting sore after long runs....

> 24 hourThis stuff works! I run an average of 50 miles per week and though I dont always take it (I take it mostly after long runs lasting 2 hours or more) but when I do my energy feels replenished (I dont feel worn out) and the next day its like I didnt run the previous day, its made my recovery runs much easier. Im 57 175lbs, train a solid 6 days a week getting 45-70 miles @ 9:30 to 7:30 pace
