> 3 dayYes the sent is amazing it’s a great idea but the product design itself is faulty. the entire deodorant that you use sticks out so it gets scraped with the cap if you’re not careful. The cap doesn’t stay on in a bag. And After 6 uses the stick broke off of the bottom part of the case. I had to use my hand to put it on. Ans buy a new deodorant. I didn’t use any crazy force.

> 3 dayI’ve been looking for a deodorant that doesn’t give me a rash after use. Finally found it with Dove. Sadly the deodorant broke off after just a couple uses.

04-11-2024I’ve used the original aluminum formula for years that works great but has caused me irritation. So I tried this 0% formula and it only lasts a few hours. Plus, the stick started coming off the base and I was extra gentle in applying because of other reviews saying it falls off. Needs LOTS of improvements.

> 3 dayI like the scent , I like the feel of the deodorant, I love Dove! But this product is a dud . I bought 3 of the kits and gave 2 of them as Christmas presents to my sisters. I kept 1 for myself and I’m not happy with it . The deodorant stick broke in just 2 weeks after use . I complained to customer service and they replaced the stick with 2 , both of which also broke. I bought another kit at a reduced rate , thank goodness , and I’m going to see if perhaps I just got a defective base . More later .

> 3 dayYes its small, compact and takes up less room wherever its stored, however, because it doesnt have any structural support around the block of deodorant that Im accustomed to, the deodorant bar broke off of its foundation. I cant get it to adhere to its base anymore. Ill just go back to using the old reliable twist up style. This is a No for me.

Greater than one weekThe product didn’t even last two weeks without the deodorant part breaking. Ended up buying my usual. Waste of money.

> 3 dayI really wanted to like this. I like the idea. But if you’ve ever broken your lipstick off the tube, expect the same thing to happen with this. The 2nd time I used it, the deodorant broke off of the holder, which means I have to hold the “gel stick” in my hands to apply it. Good idea. Bad execution.

> 3 dayI purchased this product because I liked the regular style with the turn / click base, but really liked the environmentally conscious refill aspects of this one, so I purchased it to try it out. First try, I put it together which was super easy, and then attempted to apply it to my armpits. The stick broke off of the holder, right at the base. It was a clean break, so I couldnt try popping it back in. There isnt a tube for it, so I would have to hold the actual deodorant to apply it without the holder. Messy fingers, no thanks. Great idea, but poor design. I tried to salvage it by sticking it in my old click/turn deodorant. Doesnt have the same shape, so that didnt work either.

> 3 dayIts definitely aluminum free. I forgot that when you switch to aluminum free that theres 4-6 weeks of funk under the arms until the pores that were blocked by the aluminum are clean and clear. It was a smell I was unprepared for. I realize this is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, and with that in mind, it did exactly as it should have. If you dont want to sweat so much, its not for you. Aluminum Free is great. It shows how much everyone sweats when their pores arent clogged by years of aluminum use. The stick feels great against the skin, and is silky soft. However, I did have to buy an aluminum antiperspirant. When I can hide away from other people for 2 months, Ill switch to aluminum free. Showering twice, and washing my underarms 6+ times a day just to make myself feel kind of clean doesnt work for me right now. The stick didnt break for me, and the base seemed fine. The container was wonderful. It was beautifully crafted, and very sleek. The only problem I had was that the lid didnt snap shut after the first time. It popped back up just enough that it fell off in my purse. I still wouldve bought a refill, when I switched back to Dove aluminum antiperspirants, if there had been an aluminum option. It seems like a waste that the product with the least amount of plastic comes in aluminum free only.
