The design is faulty, the solid of the deodorant falls off with minimum pressure and then youre trying to use this blob of softish stuff full of lint etc getting all over your fingers. They needed to make the usual push up of the blob container and thought theyd make a refill and save money? and landfill? The only one saving money is the company with this product cause its a waste of your money. I like the product but the spray is too cold and this is too difficult to use.

Very comfortable fit, nice to hold. Good consistency. But! Its not the same as regular aluminum deodorant. It works poorly. Unfortunately I wont be buying this yet.

On the Yuka app this products ingredients are rated as hazardous. Mind you I expect this with most deodorants, but I was hopeful with the promise of zero aluminum. The deodorant stick does not stay on the insert. It falls off so between it being harmful and ineffective I rate this -10

The little ball of deodorant doesn’t stay on the case. Every time I try to swipe some on it melts off. The little replacement base doesn’t come out, that’s very secure. The actual deodorant melts off/crumbles off the case. I really wanted to like this product!!! Edit: I had to lower my rating because I had decided to try to continue to use it because I didn’t want it to go to waste but after trying it for a week I have a terrible rash on my underarms. I am so uncomfortable and stopped using it immediately. Please do not buy this product. I don’t even have sensitive skin.

The deodorant is great nice scent. I have sensitive skin and this is one of two brands that doesnt cause a rash or cysts under my arm. I gave it 3 stars because of the design. 1st time I used the deodorant the stick broke off the base. I smashed it back on and use it carefully but it still will break off occasionally. It needs to go down into the holder to keep it from breaking. The company needs to work on that. The price was reasonably cheap but I wont bother buying a refill. If the company fixes this issue Id purchase again because its a nice holder and a great price.

I like the idea & look of this product. Also looks nice to travel with. I like the scent as well. I took caution to use it & not break it, but no matter how careful I was, the deodorant broke! Wish they fix this issuesoon! I also have trouble locking the top, so I have to mess with a bit to make sure it works.

When I first got this deodorant I loved it. It smelled so good and I felt happy to help the environent by reducing waste. As I used it, the deodorant got thinner. After a few weeks, the deodorant broke off its base. Now if I use it, I have to hold the deodorant by my fingers. It becomes a sloppy mess. Really had great hope for this deodorant.

Im not sure how other people are breaking their deodorant but being careful I havent broken it yet. Im being careful and mindful so take that into consideration but it still hasnt broken.

The deodorant smells good but it doesn’t work all day.

I have been searching for a quality reusable deodorant for years and this one is absolutely not worth the money. Not only is it super expensive just for the base and a single stick of deodorant but also each refill of the deodorant basically IMMEDIATELY breaks. I really thought it was user error but no, it is a deeply terrible design and whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves. I am on my second stick of the stuff (unfortunately I did not read the reviews before buying, shame on me) and Ive only had it for a few weeks. Not to mention that in addition to the stick of the actual deodorant immediately breaking every time, the actual metal container does not stay closed. I repeat, this is a piece of garbage. When I reached out to Amazon to complain, they told me to contact Dove, which obviously has gone nowhere and has been an enormous waste of time. Save yourself the $$ and do not order this.
