Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 130W Adapter, USB-C, (450-AFGM, 6GFRT)

To be clear, the dock works fine with all of its ports.. but the ENTIRE reason I wanted this dock was to have 1 plug for everything INCLUDING power. But power just doesnt work for the XPS 9510 (and I would imagine any of the other 2021 XPS devices). They have a 130w charging brick and this device supposedly provides 130w of power supply, but it must just be some older, outdated charging tech that the newer laptop considers a slow charger. The only OEM Dell docks that are compatible with the new laptops cost upwards of $300. Nothing else from Dell in this price point. And there are a lot of 3rd party docks that have their Power Delivery capped at 45w, 60w, and 100w, but I havent found a single 3rd party dock that can do 130w charging. And an OEM Dell charger for my laptop costs $90 (at present). So Im gonna have to buy a $40-60 hub separately for the 4x usb a, 1x hdmi and 1x 3.5mm jack that I require along with power for my home office setup. Pretty disappointing how expensive Dell stuff costs, but then I knew that when I bought this XPS. But these accessories are definitely unnecessarily overpriced.

This is the worst docking station Ive ever had, it literraly takes 3 to 4 attempts to turn it back on after stand by mode. Its simply a waste of your time and energy. I dont get it, how can they come up with such a failure.

Called Dell for support and they said product was 5 years old and not supported

This is true as everyone is saying this is not new… it stopped working after 3 months. Don’t waste money on this dell hub!

I took a chance and ordered a refurbished model. The description said there were some scratches on the product. It was packaged well when it arrived. I inspected it and the scratches we very minimal. The unit looks great and functions exactly as expected. Great value for what I paid. Im really happy with it.

Doesnt work with my Insperion Dell. The connector doesnt fit

I bought this dock less than a year ago and it failed. Contacting Dell Product Support was absolutely no help. They refused to offer a replacement or refund.

Compré 2 unidades y ninguna funciona, una sin cargador y la siguiente al parecer completa, se conecta y la luz nunca enciende, aparentemente viene dañado el cargador ya que no funciona con ninguna base.
