> 3 dayI bought this dock less than a year ago and it failed. Contacting Dell Product Support was absolutely no help. They refused to offer a replacement or refund.

Greater than one weekI originally rated it as good. However, now - I rated it as 1 STAR now. The reason is that the USB ports stopped working (mouse and keyboard), along with the internet port does not provide a steady stream of signal. I tested the internet connection with my laptop and it downloads at 1 gig per second. So it is not my intenet service. I would up attaching the internet cable to a USB connector and plug it into my laptop to make it work. Mind you - Ive only had this unit for approximately 7 months.

> 3 dayPurchased a NEW dock, was sent a refurbished one. There are several scratches and dents all over it. The power supply does look new. The HDMI port connects, but occasionally the screen goes blank. I have the identical model of dock at work, so I know it isnt a computer issue, but is this refurbished dock.

> 3 dayStay away. Like the many other reviewers have commented this item broke and stopped working in a matter of months and shortly after the warranty and support ran out. Extremely disappointing.

> 3 dayThis is the worst docking station Ive ever had, it literraly takes 3 to 4 attempts to turn it back on after stand by mode. Its simply a waste of your time and energy. I dont get it, how can they come up with such a failure.

Greater than one weekI bought a used Dell WD15 docking station for my home office and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The seller is wonderful and shipping was fast! The docking station was as described-very good condition. Highly recommend this seller!

> 3 dayThis is a horrible product. Its takes forevever and multiple power on/power off cycles for it to recognize the laptop and connect to the monitor.

> 3 dayJust because a laptop has a type C port doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s compatible with C charging. Therefore, check to make sure your device is compatible with charging through a C port before going all-in on a dock. With that being said, I was able to rig my laptop with this dock and it works great.
