> 24 hourI swear on all holy christ, F this monitor. First I go to peel off all the ridiculous plastic wrap that they stick onto new electronics nowadays. The sides and the back of the monitor are completely wrapped in it. Jeez, Why does the stupid sides and back of the monitor need that much protection? I think to myself as Im peeling it all off. Then I try to peel it off the actual screen on the front and cant seem to find it or get it to peel off. There is no way they would put it all over the sides and back but not the actual screen itself, right? I look at the included instruction sheet and there is a graphic of peeling the stupid plastic wrap off the main screen on the front just like you would expect. OK, I just need to try harder to peel it off I guess. I notice there does seem to be something stuck to the screen so i start peeling it off but its thicker than the plastic wrap. Damn, what if this is actually part of the monitor or something? Lets just plug it in and see how it looks first. So I plug it in and sure enough, the thing I started to peel off is the damn screen itself! Well, I guess I know how this monitor technology works now at least. The actual pixels are just some thin sheet glued onto a backlight. Great, now my new monitor is damaged within 5 minutes of owning it. And speaking of the backlight, HOLY CHRIST. Even when the screen is pure black it is more like a blinding white light than any sort of black. Like being in an operating room under an operating light. Ive only owned this monitor for a minute and already I hate it more than anything Ive ever bought. F this monitor. I wish I would have used that 150 bucks as toilet paper instead. I would feel much better than I do right now.

> 24 hourAgainst my better judgement I opted to purchase this product. My son is a programmer and told me that Dell makes his favorite monitors, so I decided to try this one. Ive had trouble in the past with Dell products but put my concerns aside and ordered. I ordered the monitor on March 24 and it is now May 12 - not two months later the monitor is going out. Im tech savvy, visited all of the support forums, reloaded drivers etc. The monitor is going dead. It flickers, it buzzes, it fades - does everything annoying that you might imagine. So, Im past my return window at Amazon so they put me in touch with Dell support. Id rather lick razor blades than ever try to speak to them again. I had 4 calls with them - I could not hear or understand them, and in the moments when I could, they asked me the same questions over and over again before disconnecting to start the cycle over again. Im in warranty - still have 2 months left but I cant communicate with anyone who can assist me. Giving up at this point. This monitor sucks. Beyond that, this is an indictment of Dell from one experienced user - bad track record - not buying Dell products again. Including a picture of the monitor ready to go out to the trash next to the HP box I replaced it with. Still has the factory stickers on it but it doesn’t work and Dell won’t replace it.

> 24 hourObviously there is nicer screens out there, but for a gamer on a budget, this works fantastically. Its large and has a clear picture and keeps up with streaming/gaming content over PC and Xbox with ease.

> 24 hourTruly plug and play. Picture is sharp and crisp and clear. Upgraded from a Dell 22 inch monitor same series. I dont use it for gaming, but I do edit video and am pleased with the picture quality. Good buy!

> 24 hourNeeded a bigger screen due to failing vision. 27 is perfect for my set up. This monitor is clear and nice focus. Didnt have to make any adjustment. Would prefer the LED monitor but realized after getting this that this is all I need for now.

> 24 hourI was shocked how premium of a product this is for the price. Great viewing angles which is great when coworking with others, True Tone colors which is great for video and photo editing, looks good and makes you excited to work. IDK how to say it better, but yah know how some tools just make work that much better, like they are an extension of yourself. This is that tool. Low cost, great quality, dependable!

> 24 hourThis monitor is WAY bigger than the 19 that I had before and I can see so more more on one screen. The picture quality is fantastic and its great when streaming movies or shows off my computer. Overall, very happy with this purchase and it arrived quickly (thanks to Amazon Prime!).

> 24 hourThis is a good monitor for office use. I wouldnt recommend for gaming just because it only supports 1920x1080 (as noted in the product title). If you want a monitor for gaming, especially a 27, Id go with a monitor that supports 2560x1440 at 144Hz with G-Sync or other technology.

> 24 hourLike most people, I moved to remote working and did not have an at-home setup. I bought this sort of in a pinch, but its been a great monitor. It was easy to set up and connect to my laptop and fits perfectly on my desk. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE is it does not move up or down, which can affect posture if Im not paying attention. I would suggest finding something to elevate it if needed.
