> 3 dayI thought I was saving some money on this monitor by purchasing it used . Turns out I had to spend an additional 40 bucks on a mount because it’s not versa mount ready . The monitor functions ok and looks good though. If you plan on Leaving it in the stand and not mounting it it’s a great buy.

> 3 daySo this is a very budget friendly workstation focused monitor. It even doesn’t have VESA mounts just to save a few bucks, the refresh rate is not suitable for gaming, but keeping that in mind when I bought this I thought at minimum 1) they would rotate and 2) they would at least be color matching out of the box. NOPE 1) I can deal, that’s fine, not ideal, but fine 2) it’s really frustrating. One is clearly way, waaay more yellow than the other. That said, they’re really bright and clear and don’t have any dead pixels or connectivity issues so still workable for my needs but the color thing is really keeping this from a 5 star. Probably should have just gone with the Acer for a few more bucks. I messed with the color settings and got them close-ish (2nd pic, and again this isn’t a Pantone monitor or even close and I know this) but still not matched and going to drive me nuts. Also there are some good comments about text being pixelated since it’s such a large area with relatively low resolution and I definitely notice that, doesn’t bug me too much since my vision isn’t great lol but if the pixelation would bother you, you probably want something either smaller or higher resolution.

> 3 dayI had 2 of these and needed another one. Only issue I had was one arrive with a crack in the LCD, which Amazon promptly resolved. Otherwise they are good quality panels and have good contrast. Dont think you can go wrong with these if you need a 27 monitor

> 3 dayFrankly, not much of a review of the screen itself because its perfect. Might as well be a photograph. I do note the viewing angle is so wide that it has no color or picture shifting even when you look at it totally from the side edge on. I do stream video sometime on it (Amazon Prime Video, NetFlix, etc.) and I might as well be watching a TV. I Dont use it for gaming (I dont do shot em ups or GTA stuff) so cant comment about that. Specs look good, but gamers are super hard core about bleeding, ghosting, etc. so no opinion there. I will say that blacks are very black, which is good, not the funky dark brown/green/blotchy/yuk stuff. I had a SE2717H (prior model of this one) that died after being on 24/7 for over two years. My other SE2717H is going strong and right next to this one. Picture is awesome, I love the IPS screen and I can work all day on it with no eye strain. IPS is all I buy anymore for myself or recommend to others. There are slightly better technologies out there now, but not for the money, especially MY money. Screen height is the same as the prior model so they go next to each other just fine. It is not adjustable up and down, only tilts front to back so it needs to be matched in hit to, not adjusted to match another monitor. There are no VESA mounting holes on the back so it must sit on the desk. The bezel is paper thin on this one (about 1/2 on the SE2717) but appears to be just under 1/4 due to the black edge on the panel itself. For $139.99 with next day delivery, you cant go wrong. Slight difference in the two is one is hooked up VGA and the other hooked up HDMI as they are the outputs on my PC. When I swapped the cables, the slight difference moved as well. The older model is on the left and is still running after two years being on and the new one is on the right. Packaging was the Dell box inside of a larger Amazon box with padding around the Dell box as well. I LOVE my Amazon delivery guys as the boxes always arrive without even a scratch. I have MS and now work from home exclusively and have had the Amazon guys actually carry stuff in for me. I cant say enough good stuff about them. Ordered Sunday, and arrived by 9:00 am Monday. In time for me to hook it up in place of the dead one and start my day. Super impressed. Didnt expect it until evening.

> 3 dayQuick delivery and drop off by UPS. The monitor was easy to setup and connect to my work laptop. Makes a difference in the ability to split documents side by side.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice 60hz monitor I bought to match alongside a 144hz Monitor I purchased in size. I feel the picture quality is very satisfying for its price. Has some tinny goofy speakers but come on who buys a monitor for the speakers? Thin bezel design is a big plus- very slick. I have experienced no issues that some claim come with running a 60hz alongside a 144hz. Others experiences may vary.

> 3 dayThis monitor doesnt have a lot of the frills that modern displays boast. It also has a very attractively low price tag relative to its large size and generally good specs (ok, maybe 1080p isnt good specs these days, but Ive been computing since we used CRTs, I havent actually found I *need* 4K personally). It wont let you down in any way related to being a monitor, it definitely is the size that it says, and finally the viewing angles are indeed top notch. Great brightness too. I like its on-board image processing features pretty well, as they allow a good range of adjustment to color/brightness match other displays. Im very pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for something basic, but great at the job that it does, here it is.
