I am not really sure what it has done, while it did crystallize and collect some water, the moisture levels have not decreased.

These are a must-have in the hot and humid deep southeast. I keep one in each of my closets to protect my clothing and other items from the damp and mildew. They collect the moisture out of the air very effectively.

Before getting these I had used these before. They work very well and I would highly recommend especially for basements. Its very easy to setup and depose of. The ones we had before lasted the summer. Just make sure you put them in a spot were young kids or pets can get to.

Left sunroof open on car, used the DampRid and no humid smell. Definitely recommend. Used extras on closets and bathrooms. A definite must have in the humid FL weather.

Really moist here in the Pacific NW and these work great in rooms that are damp. I use the hangers in closets and these on shelves keeping away from my cats just in case.

Use in basement where I have a wet problem. 2 Weeks and not a drop of water. Hanging bags work better
