I enjoyed how simple the setup was right out of the box! The most difficult part was removing the side panel to remove the foam packing insert, but even that was simple. Its quiet, and the RGB fans add to the sleek design. Theres plenty of room in the case for upgrades, if I ever want to do something different, but this has been a great purchase from the start!

Second time start the desktop it just turns out like this. Tried multiple ways to solve this problem but unable to fix it. Tried to contact with tech support team but didn’t receive responses.

Computer arrived fast - earlier than scheduled date. It also is working great - lightning fast loading, great graphics, no bugs (so far, at least, which sets it apart from my latest Dell purchase where they didnt bother to install Windows correctly...) Its everything Id want in a computer. It was also super easy to set up and get going. (I also love the additional terabyte drive. Its been great to be able to load files there and still access them quickly)

PC came with all components promised. Runs cool with only a little bit of fan noise. Performs very well for all AAA games. Very pleased with it so far and I will see how it holds up.

The RTX 3060 was defective. Whenever plugged into a screen there was green artifacting everywhere. It made the entire PC unusable. The packaging also arrived very beat up with a scratch on the PC Case.

I dont know much about computers, and this is my first gaming PC. No complaints so far. Mine came with 2 Antennas for a Wi-Fi extension if you do not have an ethernet cable. Went from 1-2 bars to full with both antennas.

The computer was a Christmas gift for our son and it never worked. The customer service is very poor. They have asked him to ship parts for repair and made us pay for the shipping. Still the part received did not work and now they want us to pay shipping to return the computer for repair.

this pc can handle any game depending on what games you play it gets better and better

Definitely runs all the games I need to it to run and with outstanding graphics! Got here faster than I thought it would as well! Will definitely look into ordering from them in the future
