I will add photos to this post in the near future but as of right now, This desktop is the first official gaming desktop PC that ive owned. From my first initial impressions seeing as this is the first actual activity that im doing on it (writing this review), I am very pleased!. I got the price at a very good price of 1199.00 and did the payment plan which works great in my budget! I also purchased the 3 year protection plan covering any issues as Ive utilized amazons warranty program multiple times. I almost buy it on every product that I think could crap out on me after a couple years. (I usually go for cheaper alternatives as I try to snipe good deals).

Solid pc only downside is the cooler.

This is the first time Ive bought a pre-built computer in 23 years, usually I like to buy the components and build it myself. But since graphics cards were (at the time of purchase) generally unavailable except at ticket scalper prices, I ended up getting this. Its been really good. Every component was at or slightly better than whats listed on the tin, everything was assembled competently, and the cable management was decent to boot. Ive very much been enjoying getting new games knowing that my computer can handle it and not even having to look at the spec requirements.

Works great! The mouse and keyboard are pretty decent. Best deal around.

Bought one of these about a month ago and it suddenly started having a BSOD. So I returned it for a second one and it started having the same exact issue after a week. Returning it now and getting a completely different brand.

Product was defective even took the PC to GeekSquad because of how bad my game would crash just trying to load Valorant or OverWatch which requires no advanced graphics. Memory sticks were trash and my 3060 wouldnt run properly. Was missing LED remote. Please avoid this seller. I recommend buying from BestBuy since Ive had no issues receiving new consoles, jus got a new PC from BestBuy that runs smooth/half the price/didnt need to be inspected/no driver updates or updates needed in general....or buy from a trusted source this was unfortunately a waste of time,money, and energy that turned from a great surprise gift to a huge disappointment Amazon Id helping recover a refund this is not a bang for your buck

Ive been wanting to build my own gaming PC for a few years, but the recent market price increases of 2020 removed that option. While browsing amazon, I came across this build and its everything advertised. The packaging was excellent, ensuring that nothing would be damaged while the unit was in transit. Even better, there was no bloatware to remove like a lot of other large name PC companies out there. This will definitely be on my recommendation list going forward.

I received my computer today and upon opening the box I noticed it was missing one stick of DRAM. I communicated with Cyberpower and they rectified the issue. I am a happy camper. Computer is awesome. Love it.
