Update 11/29: The vendor, Tek Star, contacted us and said the 1TB HDD is installed so I will check. Tek Star said they submitted a $40 refund which you may purchase one 8GB RAM from Amazon by yourself. Also, you may contact Cyberpowerpc customer care to request one 8GB RAM for your system. Havent seen the $40 refund yet and not very happy I have to buy the RAM now. Im not sure whose QA/QC process is at fault (i.e., Tek Star or cyberpowerpc), but I it seems reasonable the customer shouldnt be given a chore to do to recitify the situation. I am increasing the rating by 1 star, b/c Tek Star was very quick to respond, and they took action. I will update this post pending cyberpowerpcs actions.

Ive been running this for three weeks and it has performed well above my expectations. Well packaged, it arrived in perfect condition. Setup took only a few minutes. It comes with a CD which I thought was slightly pointless since the computer does not have a cd/dvd drive installed. The only issue I had was the computer arrived with only 8gig instead of the 16gig advertised. I contacted customer service and spoke to a tech after a short hold on the phone. There was a delay in shipping the memory stick but it is on the way.

PC is amazing, arrived quickly, easy setup, looks perfect out the box, super fast and amazing!!! Everything I ever wanted!

This was my first pc and I was so excited to finally play games on it. Day of the arrival I was having problems where it would turn on for 3 seconds and then shut off. I inspected it for 5 hours only to realize it was maybe something to do with the graphics card. I fixed it and It was working fine until one day it shut off again. I called the phone service and they let me replace my graphics card. I was fine with that option until now the whole PC in general wont turn on at all anymore. This was supposed to be my first PC and I paid good money only to have problems on arrival.

I bought this PC in anticipation of the new Diablo coming out and the great product reviews. The set-up was simple, although I did need to connect some cables that were not connected prior to shipping (easy instructions were provided on how to do this). I played Diablo II Resurrected, and the game looks beautiful.

The PC is incredible, the rgb lights, the fluid in the games and the speed in opening applications is the best, without a doubt it is my best purchase.

I run the best games and it works really well. I dont leave reviews so yeah you know that this is really worth it. RTX goes crazy with this guy.

Pc is very good and surprisingly cheap. Expected the components to be low end but they weren’t. Very good pc.
