I got this for my 3.5-year-old son because he was frequently constipated and was having very hard, very unpleasant poops. It was terrible. He would hold it in for days because he didnt want to poop. So I ordered this, read the directions (Give up to 3 packets a day for kids 1 and over) and gave my son 1 packet at 8 a.m. At 1 p.m. he pooped! No pain, it just slid right out like magic. So why the WARNING?? Oh dear God did he have major poop issues after that. He essentially had Diarrhea. He was pooping loose poop in his undies for 2 days straight. SO. Whatever you do, do NOT give your child one whole packet to start. I kid you not when I say I would start with 1/4 a packet if not less. Learn from my mistake!!!

Use this if your kid is on antibiotics frequently!! I’m writing for parents of kids with a similar issue to mine: my 5 yo had perianal discomfort / itchiness daily, for months. It was internally (the canal) not externally so with testing we were able to rule out perianal strep, yeast, pinworms, and hygiene. She was checked for fissures (none) and she wasn’t constipated. We started cutting out foods that we thought she might have developed an allergy to (it wasn’t that). At my wits end, I ordered this product, although she had no issues passing BM regularly, I figured it couldn’t hurt. Within 36 hours, the itchiness disappeared. We saw a GI specialist. It turns out she had a bacterial overgrowth due to having been on antibiotics 5-6 times in 12 months (for repeated ear infections and strep). This probiotic replenished the good bacteria in her gut and resolved the issue. We have her on it daily, and the issue hasn’t returned.

This product has been a lifesaver. My toddler had so many issues with constipation and because the pooping process had been painful a couple of times, he would then try to stop himself from going #2, making things even worse. I was at the end of my rope, since he was refusing prune juice and any other food that could help with the situation. I had to resort to suppositories, which worked, but are quite a traumatic process for both him and myself, and definitely not a long term solution. These packets took 5 days to start working, but since then hes had a bowel movement every day or every other day! My sanity has been restored. I add one packet to a little bit of water, make sure its dissolved, and then mix that in his milk. I seriously cant recommend this product enough!

My daughter was struggling to go number 2. We had tried every kid laxative out there as well as miralax with no luck. Even took her to the doctor for them to suggest at home enema. We gave my daughter 2 packets of this in her applesauce and she went within 3 hours. Cleared her up great. Now she takes 3 packets of this daily and has no issue with goin to the restroom. I prefer this method over laxatives, suppositories, or enemas.

I did the subscription so it would auto send to me.. well this is my second month getting thus product the first time they tried sending it I never got it. Today I received my replacement but this is how I received it.. not to mention I had to call 3 times to get this and got it a week later than I should.. have Im not sure if this is company fault or Amazon but shipment issues need to be resolved its to much of a hassle... The product itself is great I use one everyday for my 1yr old in her milk and it keeps her regular and her poo from getting hard.

My toddler has has severe constipation since 1yr old, Ive tried everything from natural remedies to stool softeners and laxatives, my Son use to hold his poop in and it was always a struggle getting him to poop. Yall!!!! When I saw this and I read the reviews I was like ,this must be another gimmick until I tired it. Ive been giving my son this every day at first, now I give him every other day or every 2 days...and let me say, he now goes to the toilet on his own, he never holds his poop in and hes so excited whenever he does #2 in the toilet. I am so relieved and happy I never thought this day will come. Yall I said I am happy!!!! This works Iike a charm. So good in fact that we brought gummies for my oldest by the same brand. My only issue is that its hard to add to liquids. It clumps up and takes a lot of stirrings & separating clumps which makes sneaking it onto my 3 years olds drinks a little difficult. Ive had more success sneaking it into apple sauce! It doesnt have a taste just lots of texture. I love that it works so well & that its natural. We searches for a solution to constipation after my kid refused to poop for months due to fear and was in so much pain. And after trying miralax which hurt his belly, warm appe juice, kyro syrup, mssages, etc we found this and within the 1st day he was not only going but he wasnt in pain, no cramps, no struggling to push on the potty! He now goes regularly and although he doesnt like to go (he says it boring) he at least isnt in pain. Im so thankful for this company!!

We have tried EVERYTHING for our 3yr old’s poop problems. She’s a butt-cheek clencher. Doesn’t want to let em go and ends up with giant 2wk-old poo baseballs to pass which traumatized her even more. And guys, SHE DRINKS WATER ALL DAY LONG. Pedialax suppositories seemed like the answer to help in the moment with pooballs, but wasn’t proactively solving the problem. Miralax you say? Miralax kinda seemed like the answer for about 4 months...softened the business but made her poop all day long. No kidding, squirts literally every 10 minutes. For 4 months. Ask me how exhausted we were. THEN I RAN ACROSS CULTURELLE IN MY RECOMMENDED AMAZON PRODUCTS. I read ya’lls reviews and thought, what the hell, this pediatrician isn’t getting it, what the hell. Our lives have seriously changed. Not only has it regulated my daughter’s bms, BUT SHE IS EATING FOOD. This toddler is actually eating food again instead of picking at 1 thing on her plate and asking for milk (which yes I’m aware dairy doesn’t help). And the best part? She isn’t afraid to poo and it’s R E G U L A R. No flavor, she doesn’t notice the texture (we mix in a cup of oj every morning), and we can all do fun things more than 10 feet away from a potty. Give it a shot for a few weeks, you might not even realize it’s working so great because you don’t have to think about poop for the first time and one day you’ll be like, “Huh. I got 99 Problems BUT POOP AINT ONE.

My son has been on and off constipated for most of his life, it wasn’t until we started solids that things got worse. No diaper change was complete without screaming and crying and a clearly in pain baby. His pediatrician suggested we switch to enfamil reguline which helped a little before the problem returned.. during this time I’m trying every trick in the book with nothing working. It wasn’t until he started going over a week without using #2, and one day I noticed blood in his stool as well as fissures, his doctor suggested this product despite him being under a year old. I gave one pack a day for a week with no results, so I upped it to 2 for another two days before he had a blowout!! I cried tears of joy to be honest since he has not had a blowout since the newborn days. Since then I’ve given one packet a day and he goes multiple times a day. I’m now scaling it to one pack every other day since he’s pooping a little too much lol but it’s a good problem to have compared to what it was like before.
