> 3 dayI buy these for my 10 year old who sometimes has a difficult time with bowel movements. I give him one packet a day with a cup of water and he says there’s no taste. Most days it softens his stools and helps a lot. He never complains about a belly ache after drinking the mix and it has never caused loose stools for him. Good product!

> 3 dayThese have been sent from above. My 2 year old struggles with chronic constipation. Regardless of how much fiber he consumes. He used to go days without pooping. When he finally did, it would take several hours of him avoiding us and holding it in, visibly uncomfortable, until dad forced him into a froggy position while I massaged giant, rock hard turds out of him that would make him bleed and his rectum prolapse (the prolapse would reverse itself almost instantly but still). We have been using these religiously for several months and as long as he takes at least 2 daily he poops at least once daily without a struggle nor diarrhea, just soft passable stools. The powder seems to be flavorless because kiddo ate it once by itself and seemed unbothered. If your kiddo struggles like this too I highly recommend these.

> 3 dayMy 2 year old is what Id call a starchitarian, he was exclusively breastfed and just simply does not care for food. Never had bowel movement issues while breastfeeding but as soon as we stopped at 18 months old, he started becoming constipated and having hard time pooping regularly. We started using these, a packet a day, with apple juice, milk, or grape juice and it has worked wonders. *When we dont have a packet with us or he has gone a day or so without pooping, we give him prune juice mixed with apple/grape juice. This makes him go easily without cramps that miralax would give. (Please try miralax yourself before giving it to your child)

> 3 dayIve been using this for several years. my son holds it in and gets backed up (when I lapse in giving to him). administer daily and when they get older directions say give 2 packets, so it gets expensive but if youre legitimately having issues this really is a great product like magic. makes it much more comfortable for him to go and he actually likes to take his regularity medicine because he understands it helps make it easier. *note it says not to mix into anything warm but if its too cold it clumps so I usually administer in milk Ive taken the chill off of before bed or even applesauce cup. mixes much eaiser in room temp conditions. worth the money and unfortunately must keep up with it or he goes back to holding
