> 3 dayOur kid has struggled with regularity, mostly because he refuses to eat either fruits or vegetables OR drink juice. Hes peculiar, and it leads to difficulties with pooping. We had been trying the fiber gummies but then he went through a couple weeks where he wouldnt eat them at all. So I began looking for other options. We first tried this about a month ago, using one pack per day, and while I havent seen him pooping more regularly (he goes every 2-3 days usually), he does seem to struggle less -- there have been fewer tears, the poops are less chunky and while firm, a more consistent consistency (sorry, cant think of how to say that better), and there has been less strain on his anus (in the past, after a particularly difficult or chunky poop, there would sometimes be a little blood where it had to stretch too far). We are going to try another month of the Culturelle to see if the trend continues, and I may up the dosage to twice a day to see if there is any change. Some other parents complained about the powder not fully dissolving and that their kid wouldnt drink it. We havent had any issues in that regard, but our son is used to powders in his milk. Weve used a toddler supplement powder to help ensure hes getting nutrients during especially picky phases, and I also crush up his chewable vitamin into his milk (he doesnt like eating them, and gummy vitamins dont usually have iron) so there hasnt been a problem with him drinking the Culturelle. Now Ive only ever added it to milk -- not juice or water -- so I dont know if that helps mask the flavor or the graininess, or if my kid is just truly a champ at drinking powdery milk. :P UPDATE: Since one pack of powder alone was not really giving us the results we were hoping for, we tried adding back in fiber gummies to his diet along with one packet of Culturelle a day and its been working great! His poops are more consistent, smaller in size (because hes not getting so backed up before he goes), and there have been almost no tears at all. If one pack of Culturelle a day isnt working for you and you dont like the expense of doing 2 or more packets, try adding in the fiber gummies; Lil Critter brand is 45 days worth for about $7.

Greater than one weekI think Ive only written one review on a product before, but Im writing this one for other parents who may be struggling to help their child. I read tons of reviews before buying anything. And I read great reviews for this product but they are mostly regarding toddlers, and I have a 10 year old daughter, so I wasnt sure if this would work, but I gave it a shot. She has ADHD, anxiety, and is lactose intolerant, and at times weve had to use suppositories due to constipation. She takes a gummy probiotic, but no other meds. And, lately, shes been complaining of her stomach hurting after eating anything, even after making sure its something free of dairy. Shes also been much more anxious, seemed sad, and just overall not her normal self. She was scared to even eat sometimes, for fear of her stomach hurting, so shes lost some weight. She didnt want to go to Florida with her dad bc she was scared her stomach would hurt and had anxiety about the trip. BUT, after 3 days of taking this twice a day, a complete 180 has occurred. Im literally blown away. I asked her how shes feeling and she said she feels great, shes eating, talking more, happy, silly, just like she used to be. She said she felt depressed and like garbage when she woke up before. She said she feels like a normal human being again. So, Im writing this review to hopefully help anyone else whos searching for answers for their child, with these same issues.

Greater than one weekMy one and a half year old daughter has been constipated since I can remember. We have tried EVERYTHING from karo syrup to a suppository. We would be lucky for her to go once a week and when it did come out it was BAD! Since starting this probiotic she went 3x this week with no pain! This is a game changer and exactly what she needed. Wish I would have known about probiotics sooner!

> 3 dayMy 18 month old has had issues since she was switched to milk from formula. Over time it worsened and she was only having a bowel movement every 3 days, and it was hard for her to go when she did. I started off with only 1 a day, but 3 are allowed. Somedays shed need 2 but eventually shed go. I also pushed water. Eventually I switched her to almond milk too, and these were no longer needed as often. I would definitely recommend these if your little ones suffering the same issues as mine was.

Greater than one weekThe reviews are right!! I was skeptical because we’ve tried SO many things with little to zero results. I finally ordered this right before we had an appointment scheduled with pediatric gastroenterologist and she recommended it too! The minute we started our little one started going everyday. At first, 3-4x a day! This has been such a relief, hopefully my review helps someone like the others helped us!!

Greater than one weekMy grandson has Aspergers (high functioning autism) which are known to have gastrial issues. He is not 8 yrs old... he had AR as a baby... has fought constipation from the get go. He would hold it for 4-6 days.. lose his appetite and often vomit. Kids in general can be picky eaters, but autistic take it to a new level on picky with all the sensitivities they have. sight , smell. texture..etc. So diet change alone would be difficult. He was on miralax for a year or two, but I dont like the long term effects and wanted to try to fix naturally if possible. We tried a good probiotic and this did help some. Then doctor recommended this. Since on this, he has more consistant bowel movements than ever. He went through spell that we believe was mental and would hold it because it would be painful for him... but over time, using this. He now goes without us telling or making him go try.. he goes on his own. THIS IS MORE THAN WONDERFUL..... but his stuff does work....we are now experimenting with natural essential oils to better assist his digestive track

> 3 dayI buy these for my 10 year old who sometimes has a difficult time with bowel movements. I give him one packet a day with a cup of water and he says there’s no taste. Most days it softens his stools and helps a lot. He never complains about a belly ache after drinking the mix and it has never caused loose stools for him. Good product!
