Contigo Shake & Go Fit Shaker Bottle, 28 oz., Carolina Blue, Snap Lid

I love these shaker bottles, I ordered two more so I dont have to wash them so often. One of my new bottles arrived damaged and after emailing their support team and uploading them a photo of the crack on the bottle, they are sending me two more shaker bottles, for free! So in the end Im up one more shaker bottle than I was originally, sweet! 10/10 will buy again. Kudos to the customer service rep for their help!

If you leave the top open unscrewed even just a bit, your liquid is going everywhere when you shake it. Other than that small (self) issue, its perfect. Cant beat the price, takes 30 seconds to clean, and Ive dropped it countless times. If it breaks, youre probably doing it on purpose.

Shaker bottles are good but I think the brand Blender Bottle is much better. The construction of Contigo is ok. They do not leak, but whoever engineered the bottom design is very poor! being that it is recessed using it in the dishwasher, dirty water lays on the bottom while upside down. As you can see in the picture, blender bottle is on the right which has a flat bottom which is much more friendly for use in the dishwasher. Bought these because they were on sale, but I would not recommend nor would I ever buy again.

I got the shaker bottle over a year ago. Its the one with the snap lid that has the clip. I use it every day. The lid leaks some, like I dont leave it in a back pack, but it works well enough and when I mix my g fuel or protein shake in it I hold the lid down as I shake and nothing comes out. The leaking really isnt bad it leaks maybe 1ml every five minutes if its stored upside down. Its not a rubber gasket seal but you wont run out of water on your day hike. I use this one more than any other because of the clip on the lid. I hook it to a belt loop or on my back pack. Its convenient an hands free carry. Another feature I really enjoy is the rounded bottom, it is easier to clean and I dont get powder stuck in any corners.

giving 3 stars because of inconsistent quality. First one I had was from the store and was awesome. Sturdy cup and lid, good seal and grip, mixed everything, easy to clean. The inner shape of the cup matching the shape of the ball really makes the difference. Unfortunately, that one Ive lost. Second one was from the store too, but didnt last long. As reported in other reviews, the bottom of the cup cracked and started to leak. Ive tried to use other bottles for my shakes for several weeks, but none gave the same ease of mixing and cleaning. Since it was no longer available in store, Ive ordered one from Amazon and this one leaks a lot during shaking - seal is really bad. After second use Ive requested to replace the bottle. Thanks to amazon - I dont need to ship the old one back, saved me a ride to their local office. Now waiting for a new one.

Contigo has done it again with these shaker bottles. The first thing I noticed with the bottle is how solid it felt in my hand, this was a good indicator of quality for me. The cap has a very secure fit which prevents any splashing or leaking when shaking, and the blender ball inside has good weight to it which allows it to blend contents smoothly. The best part of the bottle however, is the rounded bottom. The rounded bottom makes cleaning the bottom a simple task rather than a chore and also aides in making sure you get a smooth and consistent blend. I have already recommended this bottle to a friend and would do so again.

I purchased 3 of these, and while I did like them overall I did decide to purchase a different style when I needed another one. As long as I made sure the lid was closed (and on right!) than I havent had any issues with leakage. I did have a couple times where it started spewing because I thought the lid was on tight, but it wasnt. I just learned to put my hand on the spout cover as I shook. I love the size and they are easy to clean....If I forgot to rinse them out soon enough than I just put them in the dishwasher. The one major complaint I have is that the sunken spot on the lid (the round spot that pushes into the drinking spout) pushes down so hard that eventually all three of them got a large hole in that spot where it actually separated from the plastic surrounding it. This essential makes the lid garbage and since you dont get a replacement lid; the entire thing is garbage at that point! Each one lasted several months, but for the price I would like to try to find something that will last me a great deal longer.

It works just like it should, I do with the top mouth price was sealable instead of just a flip cap but overall not bad.

Bottle does a great job of keeping the water in. Its lid is heavy duty so no need to fear spilling your protein smoothie all over the kitchen floor. The bottom of the inside of the bottle is rounded, which makes it very difficult for protein powder residue to stick. Highly recommend this bottle, it came at a great price and is better than the standard Blender Bottle.

I live off of these shakers. For years, literally. After trying many types of shakers I only buy this brand because of the fact that they are durable, easy to clean and they do not leak if you take care of them. If you put very little liquid in them and shake very hard of course the container is going to break. If you put the components on the bottom shelf of course, melting may occur and the threading may leak. This is how I take care of these containers, and some of them have lasted me for five years no joke. Once I’m done using it, I’ll rinse it out. Once I’m ready to wash it, I will soak it for 15 maybe 20 minutes in hot water, soap and baking soda to get any lingering protein smell out. I’ll hand wash frist before I put them in the dishwasher with the containers and the lids on the top shelf only the bottom shaker balls in the silverware trays and that seems to be fine. With a little care of these are truly the best shakers.
