> 24 hourIve been using this product since May 2020. I will make this clear. This product does improve your posture but you need to understand that this product is not a remedy/treatment for back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, or hip pain. If you have suffering from any of these issues, please see a doctor. As for the product itself, I suggest you analyze your own posture and mobility habits. I personally have a history of moderate to severe bad back posture and have years of physical therapy, chiropractor, and personal trainers analyze and help with my posture. I have successful improve it without the need for any type of surgery. I came across this product and read the reviews. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: -- Light weight and portable: you can take it with you when you travel or wear it without the corrector being too exposed. I recommend wearing it over a light t-shirt and under a long or short sleeve. -- High quality velcro: there are no wrinkles or dents on the product if you store it for long periods of time. I recommend you store it by adequately folding it and putting it inside the box. --The suggestion to start with 20 minutes wear cycles is key to adjusting to the product and your body. -- Great for anaerobic fitness such as certain weight lifting routine workouts. I would not recommend for deadlifting, barbell squatting, or heaving bench pressing. --High quality customer service support via email and phone. --The price is just due to the quality and service. --Movement resistance: Product supports body movement by not feeling restricted but keeping firm and comfortable support when stretching, walking, jogging, etc. Cons: --Neoprene may have slight wear depending on extreme and daily usage. In my case, the thread got exposed and was slightly lose that some of the sewing came off. This was by trail of error of using back posture for housework involving heavy lifting and being expose to areas that damaged it (not by normal everyday casual use). --There are no instructions regarding washing or cleaning the product. There should be some short text detailing instructions for washing/cleaning. P.S There may be slightly discomfort under the armpit and mid back after you stop using it for more than a week. Normally, you can get adjusted to it fairly easy. The product works best when applying calisthenics and targeting body such as rounded shoulders, wing scapula, and uneven back or arm muscles. If you have severe posture, I recommend you see a doctor.

> 24 hourMy shoulders are impinged and Ive been having lots of neck pain when using a computer or being in a static position. I wear a neck brace when in those situations just to not be in pain. I dread having to go to the theatre, on a plane, or anything where I have to just sit because Im in so much pain. I put this on and realized that while wearing it I dont need to wear the neck brace. The shoulders rolling forward is the sole cause of my neck pain. Until I can get the impingements corrected with PT this is definitely a life saver.

> 24 hourI was in a pretty bad car accident about 15 years ago. My posture has suffered and I was getting pretty bad migraines as time progressed. I purchased this item as well as a chiropractic neck pillow. The posture brace made me sore with migraines the first week. I attributed this to my body trying to readjust. Several months have passed and my posture has completely changed . I am confident enough to wear my hair up and show my neck. I had a forward head posture and rounded shoulders , both have significantly improved . I have to use the brace more for maintenance now. I get headaches when I need to wear it; after I immediately feel better . I also wear the brace until I can feel my upper thoracic tension decrease . In the beginning I could only wear the brace for 3-5 minutes . I get immediate relief with the release .. this sometimes takes and hour depending on the severity of the tension. I also use the chiropractic pillow which I purchased first … but I didn’t get the most relief until I started with the posture brace . I honestly look like a different person and and I am more confident as well.

> 24 hourI got married in May + was horrified Id have bad posture in my wedding photos (Id seen this happen to too many of my friends)! I bought this several months out to help prep my posture - Id wear it for a little bit each day while working from home. It was super helpful in keeping my posture top of mind. Had lovely wedding photos - no gremlin shrimp posture! Id recommend to a friend.

> 24 hourI got this brace to help with chronic neck pain. Not sure I feel any pain relief from it specifically, but I can feel my muscles working. I wear this all day at work while I sit at computer and it doesnt make you rely on it to have good posture. It reminds you to pull your shoulders back or your under arms will get sore. I think this is a great tool to help correct posture. As I tighten the brace when I get used to an adjust I notice my upper back and shoulder blade area muscles sore from engaging them.

> 24 hourNot bad so far! Its only been a few days but at the very least it helps me hold my back in place more. The straps are comfy, if you feel like they are not just adjust the straps.

> 24 hourUncomfortable under armpits. But I guess they all are. Once you struggle to strap yourself in though, Its ok and still better than being hunchbacked.

> 24 hourIve been burned by Amazon before, but Id like to think its made me a wiser consumer. Still, I wasnt sure if this was for real or not, even with the rave reviews. Im a massage therapist and a gamer and a driver so my arms are permanently forward. I probably look like Frankenstein when I sleep. I also have a larger chest (like the actual chest part) and larger-than-average breasts (36DD, 42 around). Hyperkyphosis/humpbacks run in the family. None of that is changing any time soon so Ive been looking into posture correctors to help retrain my muscles, decrease the rounded shoulders forward posture, decrease tension in my back and pecs, and give my front line some relief and my back line some support. I decided on this one with some trepidation. Well its kind of wild, but I noticed an improvement after wearing this immediately. It gives immediate relief because it pulls everything thats slouching forward back. What I would advise is to be sure youre not hyperlordosis-ing your back; that is, when you put this on, be sure to keep your back tall and low-back neutral, perhaps even tucked a little because this corrector will possibly incline you to push out your butt more, increasing sway-back and compromising other muscles. You want a nice, even back as much as possible in your life, but especially when you wear this. After only an hour of wearing it, my posture was already more naturally tall and corrected. Felt good, really. Ive only been wearing it about an hour a day for a week and its made a noticeable improvement in how I stand and work. Its also helping to keep my shoulders down. They tend to creep up on me due to anxiety and my work/play. If it *hurts* right after you put it on, loosen the straps a bit. Ease into using it, maybe even just 30min to start depending on your conditions. Id highly recommend this product.
