> 3 dayPROS: I bought this in preparation for my wedding and absolutely fell in love with it. I even convinced several members of my family to buy it. Let me start by saying that I have scoliosis, which means I have mid back pain and that neck hump everyone hates. I thought I was doomed until I found this. The first two days of wearing it for short periods of time caused my back to actually hurt more. However, once I adjusted, I noticed immediate pain relief when putting it on. I also noticed that I was standing up taller, even when I was not wearing it. My runs became more efficient and I began looking ahead more and looking at the ground less. I felt confident and comfortable. NEUTRAL: I did wear this consistently for about 2 months before the wedding. I noticed in my wedding photos that I still had some neck hump, but it seemed less noticeable. However, it might have just been wishful thinking, because I could see no difference in my before and after photos. CONS: I rated this 3 stars because shortly after the wedding and 2ish months of use, the Velcro stopped holding. I put it on and the Velcro immediately snaps back off, making the product useless. I reached out to the seller, who said they would note this and send me a new one under warranty, but I never heard back or got the replacement. VERDICT: Go ahead and buy it if you only want it for short term use. If you are looking for something long term, keep looking.

> 3 dayAfter long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.

Greater than one weekI saw immediately posture change and I thought that this would be a good way to teach my body to stand straighter. Unfortunately it impeded my arm circulation. If I loosened the strap, I didn’t receive the poster correction. It is a terrific idea but the product needs tweaking. I will be returning it.

> 3 dayI have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Ive noticed that Im sore the day after. It might be similar to exercise and working your muscles. I feel like I am walking with better posture. I expect on my 64 year old body, its going to take a bit longer.

> 3 dayI can see the value in this product; HOWEVER I have a rounded part in the middle high part of my back so the brace rode up all day onto my neck and made it impossible to wear. So if you have this condition I would take that into consideration before purchasing it. I am going to try a brace that goes down my entire back.

> 3 dayI am 6’2” 220 lbs, pretty wide shoulders and chest and it does fit well and I do notice it working. However after I wear it and walk around I notice it slipping. I only use it for doing push-ups and working out as it does help with posture especially in the upper chest region. I’d only suggest this product if you’re smaller than me otherwise it’s not worth $30, maybe $15.

> 3 dayI suffer from a lot of upper back pain/issues, and when I wear this for a few days a week (1-2 hours at a time) it is noticeably better afterwards. It really helps to pull the shoulders back and improve posture, relieving some of the pain and fatigue in the upper back. Overall I’d definitely recommend!
