I have always had issues with my posture. My father mentioned I should buy a posture brace to help me learn/maintain straight posture so I scoured Amazon for a product that might work for me. All other braces I looked into were rated quite low and were designed rather poorly. However, I saw this brace was simple to put on and easily adjustable while using. Once it arrived, I found that these points were both true and the brace worked amazingly. The only downsides I can think of are how gradually uncomfortable it becomes to wear the brace. The longer you wear it, the more uncomfortable it gets. For me, it digs into the skin of my underarms and drives me crazy. Also, it is hard to wear if you are not wearing a form-fitting top or tank top. If your shirt is baggy or has sleeves, it is rather troublesome to wear (in my own honest opinion). Lastly, I found that this brace is kinda hard to do while moving a lot because it makes it rather difficult to reach or bend down to do things (I attempted to wear while folding laundry... epic fail). Although there were several downsides, I quite like this product. It is simple and easy to wear at home or while at your desk. Also, it works rather great UNDER your clothing as well! I am 57/female with a rather large chest. This did wonders for my posture (and even helped alleviate back pain from the heavy chest). I highly recommend this product for people who want to help correct their posture and gradually learn how to keep straight WITHOUT the brace. In my own NONprofessional opinion, I would not use this product for constant use. I found that if you wear this for more than an hour or so, it does more harm than good. I felt short lapses off use were best for correcting/maintaining good posture. I can honestly say this product helped me realize when I was slouching and helped teach me to maintain good posture. Im sure this works well for somebody who is a little larger but I am thin and I could not make the straps tight enough for this to work for me.

First one didn’t come in the original packaging (plastic zip bag) and 2nd one came in original packaging. The first was definitely used due to straps being adjust wrong (backwards). Slightly uncomfortable but it’s bearable.

Even though it works perfectly for me I can see why theres some negative reviews. Even though its a One Size Fits All, the size seems to be perfect for a womans medium (which I am) so I cant imagine it fitting comfortably on a man. Maybe only smaller men. Edit: After using it for around 2 weeks, I dont use it anymore, because I dont need it. The corrector gave me a feel for how my posture should be so I can now fix it on my own. I didnt even know my head could go so high. It honestly must have added like 2 inches to my height lol A BIG complaint is a few days into using it the motion of sliding the straps over my shoulders like a backpack made one of my shoulders ache for like 2 days.

Not bad so far! Its only been a few days but at the very least it helps me hold my back in place more. The straps are comfy, if you feel like they are not just adjust the straps.

Product quality is high and Amazon delivery was fast. The posture corrector does pull back on the shoulders as expected but as a man with a 42” chest I find the straps too short and difficult to adjust.

I got married in May + was horrified Id have bad posture in my wedding photos (Id seen this happen to too many of my friends)! I bought this several months out to help prep my posture - Id wear it for a little bit each day while working from home. It was super helpful in keeping my posture top of mind. Had lovely wedding photos - no gremlin shrimp posture! Id recommend to a friend.

Comfortable, adjustable support. Relieves my back and shoulder pain.

My shoulders are impinged and Ive been having lots of neck pain when using a computer or being in a static position. I wear a neck brace when in those situations just to not be in pain. I dread having to go to the theatre, on a plane, or anything where I have to just sit because Im in so much pain. I put this on and realized that while wearing it I dont need to wear the neck brace. The shoulders rolling forward is the sole cause of my neck pain. Until I can get the impingements corrected with PT this is definitely a life saver.
