Nice product for the money, easy to use, battery life about 15/20 min but that’s true for any of them, so this is plenty of time for small jobs.

I love how it cleans everything I want it to clean (debrief, dust, etc) but battery life is short. I think it charges fast though

Just like all reviewers say, very powerful, easy to empty, but loud. But I was tired of wasting my money on quiet little vacuums that had no power.

This small vac was just what I wanted to pick up hair etc. and works great to suck bugs out of the window. It is rather noisy but you dont use it that long. It does not hang up to charge , sets on the floor, but charges fast and lasts plenty long for me to scoop up my bugs. It sure is easier than getting my big vac out and plugging it in.

I can see why some folks hate this or have bad things to say. Let me start with this - This is a great little tool to have around the house with 4 children running around the house. Theres never a clean floor and we always find pockets of crumbs from the snacks your giving to them every 30 minutes. I digress 1. Portability and cordless feature is a saint. Works great but dont expect miracles on carpeted floors. 2. Were using this on LVP floors and stairs that are also wood flooring. I have some areas of carpet in our bdrms that this doenst perform to standards. 3. Most importantly - you gotta clean the filter right. When emptying the canister unscrew the plastic and shake it off outside so you dont breath in all that crap. This is why most this cleaner will fail on most ppl. All the connecting pieces are made of plastic and keeping those areas securely tight and keeping the filter in the canister clean and prevent it from being heavily soiled will bring longevity to the cleaner and suction power. 4. Suction isnt great but its a portable vac itll too just fine for you to sweep up a floor and corner all the garbage and take it up with this guy. I like it, have no regrets. Originally after a couple days use we thought of returning it but we found ourselves reaching for it too often and so it stays. Good product from a 150 year old company

I bought this to primarily use in our camper, but I find I also like it for quick clean ups in the house! It has good suction and some have said it is loud, but nothing more than a regular item that has a motor. I recommend it.

Very sturdy and easy to use. Great to use for easy job that you dont want to get out the vacuum.

The strange problem we have is that it does not come with a wall-hanging accessory. This is a first for us, every hand-held vac. has a wall hanger AND the charger is not part of the wall-hanging accessory. So the device sits on the charger facing up on a shelf or the floor, and then IF you purchase the accessory you can hang it on the wall after it charges. On charger it is 18 inches tall, so our pantry shelves wont hold it unless we remove the top section first (then its about 11 inches tall on base) We werent expecting that

This is my second one. My first one still works great but the charging base quit working. I didn’t know I could replace the charging base only, but that’s ok. Having two of these vacs that use the same charging base allows double vac time if needed. This is probably the most durable hand vac BD has ever produced. I pray they don’t discontinue it.

This was much louder than I expected. The suction worked pretty well though ( compared to another hand vacuum I had gotten ), and overall, I was pleased with its performance. However, on a full charge, it did not last long enough for me to thoroughly vacuum a small room ( I did not time it, but most likely was around 10-15 mins ), and required multiple charges to finish vacuuming. This most likely will not be an issue if you are using this SOLELY for very small pickup tasks, but even for my car, if I wanted to thoroughly vacuum it, I would imagine it would require multiple charges. It charges standing upright on a charging base and the base of the vacuum lights up to let you when charging. The canister is a good size and easy to clean and you could also see the contents of the canister ( see through ), so you know when it needs to be emptied. After using it, I am lacking confidence in this vacuums longevity ( the sound is very loud and makes it seem like it is working harder than it should ), and after reading another review that the battery is NOT replaceable ( once the battery dies, the whole product is not usable ), I decided to write this review as I realized this is not in line with what I am looking for. I am looking for a QUALITY product, made very well, that will last a long long time, one that has replaceable components & battery ( so you could continue using it without it being dependent on individual parts ). I would like to support products that are designed and constructed to last a lifetime! Also, for my usage, of needing a smaller sized vacuum for small tasks, I realized that perhaps a hand vacuum may not be sufficient for this purpose. So a heads-up for those of you who are looking for something similar.
