The sound is good enough, a little thin on the headband padding, but unless you are a newborn, these arent Over ear headphones, not even close. After about 20 minutes, I cant stand the pain and have to take them off. If you want TRUE over ear headphones, with great sound and reasonable prices, try Sennheisers. Your ears will thank you!!!

The hinge on the earcups broke after four months. they used to built them better than this. please dont buy these. it will be money down they drain. most of these companies today build cheap low quality products and charge us big money for them. $100 for some $20 headphones?? they will never get me again.

Sono stato a lungo combattuto, se tenerla o restituirla. Come di consueto, non esprimo subito una opinione su delle cuffie, preferisco lasciarle rodare per qualche giorno di fila lasciando in loop il lettore. Orbene, dopo il rodaggio ho iniziato ad ascoltarla e devo dire che non ne sono risultato particolarmente colpito. Molti nelle recensioni parlano di una cuffia equilibrata, che non fa risaltare nessuna frequenza in particolare e io non sono affatto daccordo. I bassi sono decisamente sottodimensionati, i medi al loro posto e gli alti in primo piano, spesso striduli e quasi fuori controllo. Solo con una attenta equalizzazione (in ambiente digitale) è migliorata moltissimo. Ma senza, per me, é fastidiosa e quasi inascoltabile. Cè voluto molto tempo per renderla accettabile. Ora, dopo, appunto, lapplicazione della curva di equalizzazione, suona decisamente meglio e per questo ho deciso di tenerla, in attesa di trovare una cuffia chiusa migliore, magari in offerta. Per quanto riguarda la comodità, è solo discreta. I padiglioni non sono sufficientemente grandi e perciò poggiano sulle estremità delle orecchie. In più i cuscinetti non sono molto morbidi e riscaldano abbastanza lorecchio. Personalmente, più di 2 ore al max non riesco a tenerla. Non so come andrà destate, vedremo. Lisolamento acustico (passivo) é buono. La stabilità é solo discreta, tende spesso a scivolare con movimenti della testa in avanti o indietro. Quindi, non adatta ad ascolti in movimento. La costruzione sembra robusta ed esteticamente non é male, niente di eccezionale ovviamente. Ma questo non mi importa. In conclusione, sufficienza stretta. Mi aspettavo di più. Ma forse, é un prodotto troppo pompato dalle recensioni che si leggono sul web.

Its got good sound quality, although the low impedance takes a while to get used to. These things are loud. Need to be stretched a little as the cups pull together quite tightly, but soon become very comfortable. Feel well made although I havent had long enough to truly find out about that, so Ill report back.

Just adding my 2 cents here. These are freaking great. I got them as a Christmas present last year and thus far they have proven themselves to be a great investment. I have nothing to really compare these to as far as high quality headphones go, but the moment I put these on and listened to something like Amy Lees voice...it makes songs like that a completely different experience. You start to hear every little thing in voices as if theyre singing right next to you. Theyre very comfortable. Theyve been packed in bags multiple times during travel and still feel as sturdy as the day I got them. Truly a great set that I feel will continue to give me a great sound and lots of enjoyment for a long time.

Ive purchased 2 pairs of these so far and they both broke in exactly the same place and both just a few months after the 2-year warranty expired.

On a scale of 1 to audiophile, Im at about -7. So take the review as you will. The sound sounds good (I dont notice anything that bothers me). I do like the fact that it comes with the leather case and the two cords, though I mainly use the coiled cable (particularly if I have it plugged into my phone). They seem to have pretty good noise isolation, at least from the outside coming in. My dog was laying 3 feet away from me chewing on an empty water bottle (the constant crinkling isnt particularly quiet), and with my phone on 50% volume (playing rock music), I couldnt hear the bottle at all. Though I cant speak for how much sound leaks out, since my dog hasnt quite mastered interspecies communication.

So far, so good. A little tight; I wish the tightness were adjustable. Pretty good at blocking outside background sound. Detachable cord should reduce likelihood of cord-related problems in the future, but only time will tell.
