> 24 hourFirst time buying this brand and unfortunately the hard drive was bad! Yep, on a brand new laptop! Couldn’t download software on it and our IT company guy got in touch with ASUS, only for them to tell us the problem sounds like the hard drive is bad. Return they said, and it will be replaced: HOWEVER we live in the Caribbean and the cost of returning is so high, we might as well just buy a new one! Needless to say. We won’t be trying this company again....they just cost us a whole heap of money for this laptop, plus the cost of shipping down to us and the customs fees...SMH!!!

> 24 hourI guess I will have to order from a different seller. Just makes me sad. In a weeks time it can increase in cost so significantly.

> 24 hourI am not a gamer. I needed a laptop for light use and this one serves the purpose. Have had the laptop for a month now and works as expected.

> 24 hourI bought the previous model of this laptop the F510UA which was a disaster from the get go, the 512 is an improvement in pretty much every regard including build quality, in terms of specifications you get what you paid for, this is not a gaming laptop its designed for someone who works and might play a light game like Fortnite or League of Legends on the side, I personally use it to play some of my lighter games like Crusader Kings and Stellaris which it runs without issue.

> 24 hourSo far I’ve had it for almost a month. Love it. Boots up fast and fingerprint sign in had been a nice touch. Light and portable so it’s perfect for me. I use it purely for coding so it does what I need it to. I wouldn’t try to get it for gaming though.
