Good luck trying to uninstall the McAfee bloatware and nonstop popups pre installed on the computer.

Very easy to setup. Everything works great. Adding a second hard drive was a breeze.

Absolutely the BEST LAPTOP ever and quality!! I normally buy HP laptops but decided to take a chance and try a different brand & I am SO glad I did!! This laptop has exceeded my expectations. It never crashes, has SOOO much memory space (definitely more than my HP laptop), and the battery also is amazing and lasts several hours without having to plug it in. Im going to buy another to have for work & ditch my slow HP laptop that was three times the price as this.

I purchased this laptop as a Christmas/Birthday gift for my 13 year old son to use for school and gaming. The graphics card (attached to the motherboard) died within 6 months of use. Total disappointment. The warranty only went for 3 months and finding information on how to get help was a challenge. Took it to an expert to see about fixing it and was told the motherboard needed to be replaced. Not worth it. Again, total disappointment. For the price we paid, we expected it to last longer than 6 months.

This device has met and exceeped my expectations. Size/weight, display, performance, and ports oh my. For the price I got it for it was a real bargain. The display (while not the brightest) is nice and sharp at FHD. The keyboard is backlit and the keyboard has a good feel and decent travel, nice and clucky. No issues playing games at mid settings noticed some frame drops on max settings. Overall its a good workhorse machine. The one caveat that Im not sure about is battery life. But I have it at 100% brightness so further testing is needed. I wouldnt be afraid to recommend this machine.

Súper fast

Bought thus at the end of July, as of Saturday Nov. 14, the computor will not boot up. P C will not start, it stays on a solid Black screen. I would like to get this returned. A shame that it only lasted less than 4 months.
