I gave this laptop to my son for his birthday, I really expected better performance and batter image quality, when I open several files the image freezes, it doesnt let me enjoy my favorite games as I expected, I hope they have better performance on future computers. this one disappointed me best regards.

I love the size. Its exactly what I needed for my small business and personal needs. The fingerprint scanner is awesome and so convenient. My only complaint is that I didnt realize it didnt have a built in webcam. It makes it difficult for zoom or anything like that, but Im managing. I have not tried adding my own webcam extension at this time.

Asus must have disabled the computers ability to detect a second SSD, rendering the internal empty bay useless. All advices on checking bios and disk management are not helpful, as fundamentally the SSD must be detected by the computer hardware in the first place.

This is a decent laptop. It does what I need, it’s compact and lightweight. The price was worth it.

Para el precio del artículo cumple con la mayoría de las expectativas, pero la batería no dura mucho tiempo y además el wifi me ha deshabilitado varias veces y he tenido que reiniciar el pc.

I bought this on Prime Day for $270. This laptop comes with 4 GB RAM soldered on board. It is very easy and inexpensive ($35) to add an 8 GB RAM module. With 12 GB of RAM this laptop runs noticeably faster and smoother.

I got this computer on christmas to use for work and bring with me for travel since we use Citrix the requirements weren’t that demanding. It’s nice because it’s easy to pack in my suit case with size and backlit keyboard helps when working into the night. I had to upgrade the ram to 12gb after I saw it throttle a little bit on setup and haven’t seen any issues since. Upgrade was pretty simple with a precision screwdriver and cost less that $30. I would recommend this computer for remote work especially since it’s low cost, backlit and small/compact. Works great with tri monitor setup if you need to add additional screens too!

This is a very nice laptop for great price. I highly recommend adding 8gb of ram ($20) and the hard drive is tiny. 128gb is about 70GB after the OS and a few basic apps. I was aware of this and planned an upgrade. This is extremely easy to upgrade also, took 5 minutes to add the ram. For the money youll be hard pressed to find a better deal. Keep in mind that this is new and not refurbished!
