> 3 dayI deploy and setup a lot of computers for my work as I work as a consultant for small businesses taking care of their IT needs. The case is okay nothing to really write about its functional and mostly plastic so that helps to keep the cost down in the manufacturing. I do like the layout of the components on the mainboard they placed the fan on the right side of the unit and then created an air channel by making track which guides the airflow across the CPU, over the heat pipe, and then exiting the laptop by passing through the heat sink fins. The CPU is placed over the keyboard area and not the palm rest portions of the laptop. This keeps your palms from heating up and sweating during the warm summer and fall months. Dell and HP uses to place the CPU underneath the palm rest area to keep the heat away from the other components of the laptop but ergonomically it wasnt a good idea. The M.2 NVMe card could have been replaced with an 22x42 card instead of 22x80 and placed inside the track of the airflow for better cooling.

> 3 dayPretty happy with this laptop. I bought it as a replacement to my HP that I had for years and I was nervous to try an ASUS. Overall, Im happy with it. It is very light and slim and easy to transport. The battery life isnt the best, but other than that, I have no complaints. It does what I need. It does not have a significant amount of memory, but works for what I need.

Greater than one weekIt’s a pretty good laptop with a nice configuration at a competitive lower price. Very satisfied with the performance of the laptop so far. The empty 2.5” ssd bay is useless as I tried upgrading the laptop with 2.5” Ssds for additional storage. Nothing worked. I called Asus and they said this laptop is not upgradable. Not sure why provide an empty 2.5” ssd bay for nothing

> 3 dayMultitasking? Don’t even think about it, this thing struggles at unitasking. You can have a video call on it, and it will mostly work. But if you want to share something on your screen too, forget about it. Simple 5 MB files will take almost a minute to open, and any attempts to work in them will be interrupted by random screen freezes. It is a cheap laptop but you get what you pay for, and I’m not sure what this is good for.
