I absolutely love this laptop. I bought it in November 2020 and so far it runs smoothly and performs as good as I had hoped. I bought it for my son who loves playing games like roblox, minecraft and also fortnite (Fortnite runs at about 30 to 60fps). The Volume is ok - could have been a little louder, but its fine. He uses this laptop for school, youtubing and light gaming. Overall, its an excellent laptop for the price. Im glad I made this choice!

When it first arrived I noticed that the trackpad was defective and after spending $920 dollars on this pile of garbage, I ignored it because I had usb mouse.

I must have gotten a defective machine, as it would randomly go dark on me almost every time I used it. I didnt ever do anything demanding with the unit either.

Great laptop for everyday use and good for gaming. Pick up an 8GB stick of RAM for $30 and youre good to go. Theres an open slot for it.

i really like the texture of it and how it runs faster than my other computer.

Inicia Windows súper rápido, juegos como Apex los corre con fluidez. Le puse 8GB de Ram extra (la HyperX de 3200 Mhz) para tener los 16GB para cuando necesito abrir programas de diseño o jugar. El teclado es muy muy cómodo, y como viene en inglés recomiendo mucho descargar holdKey (gratis con version pro) para que al mantener la a presionada, salgan opciones con acentos o presionar a o a para obtener á, etc (ojo, desactivar al momento de jugar o el personaje no se moverá).

This is proving to be the best laptop (so far) I’ve ever purchased. I’m not a high end gamer so it’s just right for me. Also I purchased this on January 11th, expected delivery was 21-25, came on January 14. Very happy with this purchase!

This laptop was buggy from the start. I barely ever used it, it never had any damage, and still, the display died on me only a year and a half after I bought it. First the screen had horizontal flickering bands appearing across the screen, as shown in the picture. Then one day the screen went all black and died. It hasn’t worked since. After doing some research, apparently faulty displays are a common problem with this model. I contacted ASUS and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The repair would cost too much so I had to scrap the whole thing. Don’t buy this garbage laptop.
