The 144hz screen is why I chose this laptop and it doesnt disappoint. I upgraded the ram to 16gb and installed another m2 SSD. Which was kind of a pain, since the bottom panel was a difficult, time consuming process to remove without cracking it. But the performance overall is great! Played Cyberpunk with no issues (after upgrading RAM of course). The Ryzen 5 4600 CPU is a monster compared to the 9th gen i5. Overheating isnt a concern at all. It runs pretty cool for a gaming laptop. My only gripe is the speakers. Im deaf out of my left ear, so using a headset isnt the greatest since I cant hear anything to the left of my character, so I rely on the speakers. Some games are louder than others, but theyre all pretty quiet. RDR2 is very hard to hear unless I have total silence around me. Most people have functional hearing in both ears, and will probably use a headset, so its just a personal complaint and shouldnt really affect your decision. Bottom line: I love this laptop.

It’s a great laptop the only Issue is it can’t hold a charge. If not constantly plugged in it has about 10 mins before it dies.

Al principio me Asuste por que quedo retenida en Aduana , por si les pasa , llama a soporte tecnico se la rifan resolvieron el problema y llego el dia que decia , si no hubiese llamado se iba a quedar hasta 7 dias habiles o ser regresada ps venia erronea la facutra , por si te pasa ntp , le instale por error 16gb hyperx ddr4 3200mhz y ahora tengo 24gb 3200 mhz hual chanel y va al 100 hasta el momento , cualquier cosa actualizare

The laptop worked for two weeks after I just purchased it from Amazon from this seller, then blue screen of death. I went to a local computer repair shop, and they said it might be the processor overheating. They reformatted my Asus laptop, and then ran the test again. The processor showed it was overheating again.

la laptop esta perfecta para lo que la iba usar tarea y un poco de gaming y corre muy bien los colores del teclado me gustan y la pantalla dicen que es lo peor pero la neta esta bien no le veo nada de malo y menos cuando lo pongo a 144fps los juegos se ven bastante bien, no esperes jugar en ultra pero lo demás como si nada

Speakers are so quiet that when AC or fan is running in my room, its hard to hear some videos. I have to find the equalizer and set the sound to the highest possible setting. Every time windows updates come through it resets all sound back to the low sound again.

Overall, I love it. That said, the cons. Hot during gaming and fans are noisy. Not horrible but I can handle it. But once again, this thing overall is awesome and its really fast. Then again, I was using a 7 year old Asus with a core i7. This is much faster than that. I wish added a 1tb add in the drive bay. Im very happy with it the way it is at this point. Love Asus products.
