It was a disaster from moment one. Touchpad not working, so googled and nothing worked. Called C/S and they were like, whats a computer? Like that clueless. Windows wouldnt load right. No manual to be found on their website to tell you about the features etc. Just a huge waste of time and tying up of $2k for a while. Got an Acer Nitro with 64GB memory, i9 chip, 3060 GPU, etc. instead for $500 less or so and it worked out perfectly. Love it.

This is the perfect upgrade to my last Alienware laptop and less expensive than what I paid 3 years ago for similar level laptop. Fantastic specs - runs every game new and old as well as VR stuff. Lets see how future proof this one is

Everything is great, its very powerful, but battery life didnt last 2 hours, maybe because of my external monitor. But for gaming, it is very good.

My particular job requires the use of many VMs running all at once, so I was really keen on getting a laptop with an i9 processor. Looking in that market, anything with an i9 is easily $2K and onward. I picked this laptop up on the recent Amazon Black Friday deal for $1,649.99 which was an absolute steal! Im a big fan of the sleek black thin look (which is not common among some of the other gaming laptops like Alienware) along with the option to disable the extra lighting (it looks great with it on). Its just a personal preference of mine to not have my laptop look like a Christmas tree in a professional work environment. I just threw MW2 on here and it runs maxed out with a solid 60 fps throughout. This truly is an all-in-one package for me in terms of work and play. I went out of my way to upgrade my ram to 64 GB for the purposes of running multiple VMs and it runs fantastically. My only caveat (but this is common now-a-days with these manufactured laptops) is the little amounts of bloatware that was present in the operating system; but that was a quick uninstall. All in all, fantastic product with a great build, I am really glad I pulled the trigger on this purchase.

Al parecer la mía llegó sin ningún defecto, hasta ahora le he exijido con tareas y juegos pesados, se calienta pero es aceptable por la potencia que proporciona.

This laptop is the best laptop I have ever owned. Given this is my first laptop in this price range but it absolutely blows me away in the difference between this and a sub 1000$ laptop. The processor is super fast. If you want something done it wastes no time doing it. The memory is fast and is plentiful for my uses, cad, 3d printing and gaming. The rtx 4070 has no issues with all modern games on high settings. The 1tb nvme drive transfers files at lightning speed. The 166hz display is much easier on the eyes than other displays. I have no issues with eye strain even after hours of staring at the screen. Everything is fully customizable on the laptop from the background and themes to the rgb lighting and patterns for different states of the computer. The keyboard and large track pad are responsive and comfortable to use. Battery life is great for everyday general use but does diminish quite a bit while gaming.

Ive been buyng gaming laptops since before they were really ready for gaming... this the computer that makes me think finally the technology has caught up to my desire for a quiet and cool gaming experience. I cant hear a loud fan chugging when Im playing video games, and Ive barely felt any heat off of this thing.

I did a LOT of research for a new gaming rig. Normally, I build Desktops. but decided to look and se what Laptops had to offer. Now, I am no E-Sports gamer or anything, but I love for my games to run smoothly. I connect this thing to my Samsung Odessey G9 (5120x1440 native) and crank everything to max and go... Games run smooth, the fans arent too loud and I would highly suggest a cooling pad to get just a bit more out of this thing.

Compete at the highest level of Windows 11 gaming with the ROG Strix SCAR 15 gaming laptop. Take on any challenge with a powerful 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H CPU and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU. ROG Intelligent Cooling lets the GPU crank all the way up to 150W of power and next gen DDR5 RAM and PCIe 4.0 SSD lets you spend less time waiting and more time playing or creating. Don’t worry about slow external transfer speeds or connecting to multiple displays with the Thunderbolt 4 port. With a competitive edge this sharp, you can dominate any arena.
