Touch screen blinks when you interact with it... Ive already has a key break away and another is sticking. oh and it apparently has no processing strength, despite how much ram it boasts. Sad.

I bought this last summer for personal use. The screen is great - responsive to touch, bright. Its easy to have two screens side by side. Turns on fast as youd expect, stays fast - I can have dozens of tabs open, other applications, and no impact on performance. The battery life has diminished some but not very noticeable yet.

I love the collapsing screen to allow for better digital drawing and painting. Great for my graphic design work and digital illustrations. Easy setup with on screen directions. Up and running in less than an hour. I’m a techie that used many operating systems and this laptop has a great touchscreen. Great quality for the price. Recommend!

This item was purchased brand new about two months ago and now, it doesnt work properly. The screen is dark and the power button on the left side of the Chromebook is lit and will not shut off. I cant use it at the moment and I am not certain how long this problem will persist and/or if the problem can even be fixed.

Everything as expected for what I was buying.

Ordered a refurbiahed used-acceptable and the laptop I got looks brand new.

You cant beat the price on this great laptop.

I got this chrome book primarily for writing purposes and I’m so glad I did. I love the touch screen, it has a decent battery life but my favorite part? Oddly enough is the keys! I love that they are backlit but the softness of the click makes it comfortable to type. Whenever I go to upgrade my main laptop I will definitely be looking for something with the same type of keyboard.

Like most of the other reviews, the backlit keyboard is nice, except in the daytime when its difficult to see at times. Otherwise, this is great
