Greater than one weekI absolutely adore this Chromebook it was a great value for the money on prime day though I think a good value any day. It starts up almost instantaneously, and shuts down just as fast. Besides Chrome OS it also will run Linux flies through my apps and works flawlessly. The touch screen is great, excellent battery life, and great brightness. I highly recommend this one!

> 3 dayLike most of the reviews said, they keyboard could be improved. I sold mine shortly after I got it so cant say much about its functions. It looked very slick at first glance.

Greater than one weekOverall for what I paid , it is a good chromebook. I get 8 hours before charging is required and it charged to almost 100% in 1 hour. For what I use it for it is sufficient. I wanted a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard, which is what I got, but I have to continually dim the backlit keyboard to be able to see the letters on the keys. The grey keyboard and the backlit obscures the greyish lettering on the keys in a well lit room. In my opinion the audio could be better but sufficient for what I paid. The flip feature is very sturdy and functional. Price wise it is a good buy for me.

> 3 dayIf I could give zero stars I would. Paid money for a new laptop and got a used one that doesn’t work. First of all the box came opened/unsealed. Then the computer itself showed “Chrome OS is missing or damaged. please remove all devices and prepare for recovery mode.” Then when you try to do recovery mode it shows you need a usb or SIM card.

> 3 dayWhy is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.
