The store Javian sent me a very old laptop, nothing to do with the description, and it was a Windows OS. I returned 5 minutes after receiveing it. It is impossible to make such a big mistake with the laptop that they sent me compared with the one on the picture, even the color is different.

Worse laptop I’ve ever had. Constant error messages. Refuses my password 90% of the time. Refuses to open apps. Must power wash it constantly due to errors. It’s a useless piece of junk. I will never by another chromebook.

This Chromebook is fast, the battery is fine so far, but it seems the quality is not very good. Backlit keyboard is too dim to clearly see on a rainy day, but is ok in the total darkness. The touch screen is missing touches sometimes. The case itself has rough edges in places. It has a weird placement of a power button and side button for volume control. It always gets into the way when you are picking the laptop, also the volume button is broken and gets stuck in the volume down position. And I have not even used this button. Overall I like the laptop enough to keep it, if the volume button would give me more problems I would open the case and fix it.

The first thing that I noticed was how difficult the keyboard is to see, even with the back lighting set to full.The second was how reflective the screen was. I tried, but had to return.

The device works as expected. Very study and not flimsy like some laptops. The touchscreen is pretty sensitive too.

This one replaced an older and slower Chromebook that still works, but is out of its service date. Ive been watching movies and streaming video with it, paired with a good set of earphones. The picture and the sound are awesome! There is no buffering or pausing at all—its flawless. I dont miss Windows . . . even a little bit.

the size, colors and screen are very nice. i just need it for checking emails, playing games and paying some bills so it does the trick. The battery drains quite quickly though.

It’s beneficial while I’m off of work due to a work injury, but the speakers seem to have lost their loudness. Seems like after each use the speakers get lower and lower on sound. I’ve never gone past half on how loud I have it because the speakers were good; now I have to connect to a speaker via Bluetooth, to get sound to come through. Other than that the system works great! It isn’t slow or anything can work with my systems from work. Love it!
