> 3 dayMy 11 year old received it as a Christmas gift and loves it. He primarily uses for moderate gaming and watching you tube videos. He says it is the perfect size; loves the quality of the screen/pictures; the ability to flip and fold like a tablet; and thinks the back lit keyboard is cool. Personally, I have a hard time seeing the letters and numbers due to no color contrast but does not seem to bother him. He would recommend this product to others.

Greater than one weekThe store Javian sent me a very old laptop, nothing to do with the description, and it was a Windows OS. I returned 5 minutes after receiveing it. It is impossible to make such a big mistake with the laptop that they sent me compared with the one on the picture, even the color is different.

Greater than one weekThe keyboard is very difficult to see the letters, etc. on. Even when the back light is turned up all the way. Clear letters on a silver keyboard are not a good combination.

> 3 dayThis is not a high-end notebook, and I was aware of that when I purchased this Chromebook for $252 back at end of 2022. However, I expect any electronic device I purchase to work without incident for at least 3 years. Buy a new a streaming device, a new TV, a new smart home device, buy a new dishwasher, buy a new coffee maker, buy an iron—do you expect it to work for at least 3 years? I think so. But I got only 5 months out of my ASUS Chromebook!
