> 3 dayWhat a piece of garbage. We bought TWO of these 10 months ago. They both have the exact same problem with the keys not working, and now one of them won’t even turn on. For over $300, wouldn’t you expect better quality? When contacting the company they let us know it wasn’t covered under warranty, less than one year old, same problem. Very disappointing and can not recommend at all!

Greater than one weekIt is fine for my high schooler but if you have any dexterity issues this is NOT the right laptop for you. Very challenging to open the laptop. Personally I think the keyboard is too faint to see but again my kid said it was fine. He liked the keyboard backlight.

> 3 dayThis chromebooks was beautifully designed. You simple lift up from the middle not from the sides .. the customary way and youll get the hang of it. The backlit works only if you follow directions.. I got it... love it! Everything about this ASUS chromebook is just perfect. Delivery, packaging and price was worth it No regrets.

> 3 dayScreen went blank about 10 days after the Amazon warranty expired. The manufacturer (ASUS) had me take it to Best Buy and they wouldnt honor the ASUS warranty because the unit was not purchased at Best Buy. The seller (GamerLand Express) gave me instructions to try which were the same things that both I and Best Buy had done multiple times. Now they wont respond to my request to replace the computer under the 12 month manufacturer warranty. Use caution when dealing with either ASUS or GamerLand Express.
